This morning I packed my 2 young children in the car and drove 40 minutes to the school (because I still haven't moved yet) When I got there I sat down with Sue and was immediately told nothing was available until AT LEAST 4 months out. Are you kidding me? That's NOT what I was told when I first called in. And what complete disregard for my time. When I explained my frustration all I got was a "aw, yeah well sorry". How disrespectful. I could have spent the last month looking for another place that does have availability. Obviously this is a very disorganized establishment. The entrance has a secure entrance with passwords and alarm system. The building itself is clean and nicely decorated. He keeps to himself to avoid them but has been pushed aside in the lunch line by students in specific shops. Most of the teachers don't notice or care. And lunch is inconsistent, but rarely very good, which makes us question the culinary classes

Even when I finished early he would make me sit in the classroom and do nothing until the scheduled 2 hours was over. The driving portion was spent with Frank making me drive him around to fast food restaurants while I waiting for him to eat in the car. I paid for the driving portion by the hour and the time spent waiting from him came off from that time. He would shush me when I asked him questions. He once made me pick up his next student and she drove me home. She had never driven a car in her life and her first experience was on the highway in the pouring rain with me in the car. I'm shocked I made it home alive. Upon the final lesson Frank assured me that I would never get my license and I needed to pay for more lessons. I told him I wasn't spending another $800. He said it could be 800, it could be more. Needless to say I passed the exam on my first try and I'm a pretty good driver now, no thanks to frank.

I was a little nervous at first but when I met Pedro, things went smoothly. He taught me everything I need to know for personal driving experience and for the driving test. As a mother, I want my child to be given the best opportunities to learn and be nurtured day to day. The ache of dropping your precious baby off can be unbearable, but I have never had a day where I questioned his care. He is given so much enrichment through his teacher's careful lesson planning to evolve his skills through meeting critters like a porcupine! The smile I see on my son's face when I open the car door, revealing the school behind me- says it all. As a mother I am beyond blessed to know that my son's teachers are as invested in his education and safety as I am. As a teacher who has worked in the early childhood education field for over 12 years, I can assure you that this school is by far the best place for your children. The teachers are educated, kind, and passionate. The administration is unbiased, hard working, and always go out of their way to support anyone who needs it. We are a nonprofit school, not a corporation who cuts corners to make an easy dollar like most other schools do. Early childhood educators come to work each day because we love children. We enjoy giving them the tools they need to emotionally, socially, and educationally become incredible humans. Our love pours out of our doors and into the community every day. We volunteer our time to the senior center, GOAT Days, art center, and much more.
