I read another review here about they were hard to get a hold of ? We never had that problem. Their voicemail was only full one time I called but that's probably because of overbearing OCD PARENTS and students who have no patience and act like children when they can't get their way. Over the phone, I spoke to someone that seemed a bit rushed about setting an appointment for the 21st. I was told sorry, that day was full, but that the 28th would be more than fine. They showed up today, the 21st, and proceeded to idle in my driveway for quite some time, repeatedly calling me to tell me my appointment was today. When I stated this was not what I was told, I was informed that 1.) I was wrong. And 2.) That I owed them money for today. Someone I'm not sure of proceeded to escalate the call and became aggressive, stating that I needed to pay them, and then "WELL, I GUESS WE CAN'T DO BUSINESS THEN!". I ended the call after that, and will not be granting business to this group again. I do not feel secure in doing business with those that would resort so quickly to hostility. I made contact with "Tina" at the school and she arranged for me to rent one of her cars and an instructor for the day of the road test. I was lucky enough to get "Derek". He was on-time an hour before my test and gave me a chance to get used to the car before the test. Tina stayed in contact with me the whole time the planning was going on. Derek gave me a lot of "Pointers" prior to the test that even a guy driving 40 years tends to forget. If you need a local, hometown driving school, Go for these guys!!
