Howard drivers Ed classes really prepare my daughter to be comfortable getting behind the wheel. The driving practice with Instructor John taught her all the driving skills she needed to pass her road test and Sandy was very kind always making sure my daughter class was scheduled on time and always making accommodations with our busy schedules. What I love about Knepler Driving Schools is the promise that your child will not be allowed to take the driving test until they have a full understanding of every aspect of driving. Yes this means that you might have to pay a little more! Think of your child behind the wheel at night or in a town where they don't know exactly where they are. Isn't this worth making sure they are the best driver they can be? You should put your trust into the Knepler's because they truly care about each student that walks through the door like they are family. I also love that the students have to hand write the information long hand. This is the best way to learn and it is proven time and again.

I did a regular driving lesson with them right before my drivers test and I also did a highway lesson. I had Corrie as an instructor both times and truly cannot explain how much I loved her. She made me feel super comfortable behind the wheel and got my confidence up before my drivers exam the next day. She also took me on the highway and boosted my confidence so much. We were home the entire day, but the instructor never called, no voice mail messages, didn't ring the doorbell. When we called to report this and reschedule we were told that the instructor had TEXTED our land line number and sat in their car on our property but out of sight from the house. They then tried to blame us for the error. A simple apology would have allowed us to reschedule and move forward, but none was given. They fail to return calls when promised and are a hassle to work with.​

My daughter came back so stressed out. She said she raised her voice at me so many times. She kept saying things like i Would have failed you right there for that. Very negative. Very judgemental. This is actually the first review i have ever left on Yelp that's how I annoyed I was at this situation. I drive with my daughter quite a bit and she does very well. I am pretty relaxed with her.
