Owner was friendly, funny and informative. I went in just expecting to pick something out, not a clue what I'm doing. The owner asked me what I was looking for. I explained that I'm a long term heavy smoker and wanted to quit. He asked me some questions, made some suggestions and quickly came up with the right setup to help me quit. He didn't try to gouge me with some fancy setup that cost hundreds of dollars. He set me up with something that was a starter but extremely affordable. Been using it all afternoon. Normally I'm a pack and a 1/2 a day smoker (full flavor Newport 100's) I had a cig on the way home and it's been 5 hours and this little rig takes the cravings away. I'm very torn about leaving this review because many years ago when I visited this shop the experience was great, but now not so much... I walk in and notice that all they have is a few shelves on one wall with small ecig bottles. I can't see the names of any of them, so when the gentleman (ugh def not a gentleman) I mean dude walks up to the counter I say, "I was looking to try out this certain juice that I've heard others saying they loved, do you carry Heisenberg?" He looks down at me smirks and says "nope". I say, "ok no problem. Do you make your own juice and only carry that here?" Dude Smirks says "no" at this point I'm getting annoyed so I point to the juices and say. "Those all look like they are from the same company, which one is it you carry?" Dude says, "well kind of they are my company based out of California." I say "So you make your own juice?" Dude says, " I guess." I said thank you and left. I was simply trying to buy some juice to get by, but this dude made me feel like I was annoying him for being in his shop. He acted like a total pompous ass oh yeah and for some reason he walks out of the back room wearing a white t-shirt and a shoulder harness with 2 pistols in the harnesses over both shoulders. What a fantastic shop ! I'm from out of town and was staying downtown and needed some help with my broken mod. The first shop I called had a recording telling me their hours, but no one ever answered (and they were supposed to be open at the time) so I called the No Smoke shop; super glad I did. The fellow over the phone explained what was probably wrong and that he probably had the parts so I ventured out into the burbs and found the location. Here are my impressions: So. Much. Stuff. Really the most hardware, accessories, parts, supplies I've ever seen in a shop. Unfortunately I don't live in MO but man if I did live in the area this would be my first (and probably only) stop for everything because they carry so much. I wish more shops back home were like this ... not that I'm complaining, my favorite shop back home is great too, but they don't have even half the various supplies that No Smoke has. I understand a lot of small business owners don't want to (or can't) have a bunch of money tied up in a million little supplies and accessories but as a consumer this is what I want ! I want an "everything" store where I can drop into one place and there's a 90% chance they have it right there and I don't have to keep searching online or trying to figure this out, figure that out. I like to benefit from the service of niche retail, and I really don't mind paying a little bit more for retail prices to benefit from that service. I couldn't believe how much equipment they have right there in the store from mods and tanks to supplies and coil building hardware. You're being helped by the proprietor and he's a great guy. The kind of guy who will talk to you like he's known you his entire life. He educated me on my device (and other equipment), and really put forth a lot of effort into getting me back and running again. My shop back home is the same way, but having visited a lot of different shops around the country I can tell you that this level of service can be a rarity. So bottom line is, I've visited shops in about 4 states as I travel, and this shop blew me away. It has all the service and personable staff of my shop back home but tons more stuff in stock. If I lived in the St Louis area this would be my go-to for sure. read more

Stopped in this store a couple of weeks ago because I broken my tank & this was the closest place to my house. The owner was very nice & helpful. I sampled some juices and liked what I tried. Nothing tasted perfumey or like chemicals. I will definitely be back to buy some after I run through the stockpile I already have! Cookies & Cream and Ki-dew will likely be my first purchase. I have had to send away for my coffee e-liquid because I could not find a decent flavor that I liked in STL. Tried this place because it's close to south tower grove and I found a coffee flavor that compares to the place I ordered from online. I was really shocked. These guys are so customer service oriented and made my juice to order for my Kangertech while I waited. I'm now officially a loyal customer. Really nice store - clean and comfortable.
