Unfortunately upon our research even before agreeing to secure an appointment, it was brought to our attention that on her social media pages that advertise her real estate services were very vulgar posts that she had displayed such as stripping, flaunting the use of drugs and alcohol and crude behaviors that we see as very unprofessional and vulgar . It made us go against using this agency because of how she portrays herself in the profession and it made us very very uncomfortable. We are concerned if this is how the real estate agencies want their agents to be portrayed as. Its a very shame because this business seemed promising in helping us find our home. She is very helpful and responds quickly to any issue we need help with. The maintenance man, Rob, is always available to help and is out there everyday. Kathy at the BND office, is so kind, helpful and friendly too. The lease on our place is very reasonable and each unit is built well, with keeping the noise of the ballpark out. Rob also is always cleaning the grounds and making sure the building is in ship shape. We have a ballpark view, which is awesome year round. We can watch games, concerts, fireworks, and events from the comfort of our balcony. The building is secured by gates underground for parking and key fobs for the elevator. It gives you that added feeling of security. We walk all over downtown, which has really come alive the last few years. The only thing we need now, is a grocery store Downtown. I highly recommend living at the Harrison, you will really enjoy the experience.

The website states tours are Monday - Saturday, yet Rob Evans came in on a Sunday at 12:30p, for a wonderful tour of the property. Rob made to feel as if he had all day to answer questions and show us what we wanted. If living at The Pearl is half as nice as the service we received, then it's a tremendous value.
