Selling or buying a home can be very stressful. But not if you are working with Helena Noonan, Shawn Noonan and the whole Noonan Team. We selected them to sell our home because we were very impressed with their sales record in our neighborhood. They had all the most recent sales -- although there had been other listings with other agents. And they set record sales numbers with each listing. Yes, we loved the realtor who helped us find our home, but she knew the area where we had lived and the Noonan's know Laguna Niguel. We met with Helena Noonan and Shawn Noonan on Tuesday, May 1, unsure if we were ready to list our home. We told them we had summer plans with family coming to visit so thought we should wait to list until after they had all come and gone. I had such a great experience selling my house with Compass. Renata and Helena and the whole team were great! Very professional, experienced and helpful throughout the whole process. I had inherited my father's home after he passed, which was quite traumatizing and they were nothing but kind, empathetic and so encouraging.
