We were able to set up an appointment to meet with yitzi now this is after we have filled out the application sent all the info. The two people that were going to be on the lease were my girlfriend and my sister whom is a functioning autistic women of 38 years of age who works PT. can manage check book feed, bath but cannot drive. the only reason i could not be on the lease is due to my divorce ruined my credit score( i have no shame in posting that.) Anyway we got a chance to sit with yitzi and my girlfriend and i explained the whole situation and he even asked if he could take our picture, which was very werid. So few hours after yitzi calls me and has the nerve to ask me if my sisiter whos autistic if she will destroy the property or do harm to anything inside. There was nothing wrong on the application the monies were shown to be in the bracket the credit scores were more then what was required. He didnt even call or text email my realtor had to reach out to him to find out the owner had declined we met the requirements but i think that my sister condition put fear in his mind and didnt say that was the reason because you can not discriminate. So here is my rating for you yitzi Disgusting service completely illegal complete discrimination. So if your family members have disabilities this isnt the place to look for rentals.

One word: LIAR. Crashed into my car while texting. Promised up and down that she would pay for…read moredamage then reneged. When I filed an insurance claim she said that I backed into her. That was patently false - a bald faced lie. I was sitting at a stop sign - stationary. I guess she was angry that I was driving on HER road (County Route 524) and stopped for the stop sign instead of suicidally driving into opposing traffic. People like this should be in jail. I wouldn't buy a can opener from Ellen much less a house. She would probably lie about dangerous situations like asbestos, black mold and foundation problems just to get the big payoff from the sale. What goes around, comes around Ellen. The next time you rear end someone just do the right thing and don't lie about it. I now have a dashcam with front and rear cameras solely because of you, you liar!
