It's not a gym you join and go work out, it's a personal training playground. A myriad of trainers set you up to meet your personal goals. I've not tried any but have been approached by some to test drive a session. Right now I'm there for the row. In a separate room Row45 has two rows of rowers for group rowing . It's a workout for those of us who avoid high impact and want flexibility and strength training. There are those who are naturally strong and those that are naturally fast and those that are naturally flexible. This work out gives you what you need to level up. Beth is awesome at coaching you into perfect form. I love her energy. Kelly has been a collegiate rower so you feel you are part of a team. She has a fresh approach. Both have been my go to "coaches" in my journey up stream. There are two locations tI've been to and prefer the room at their Jericho studio.

I trust her and she delivers with great knowledge and experience. She has over 10 years of hands on clients. When she gives massages I just don't want her to stop. She knows exactly how to make you feel fantastic when you're with her as well as when you leave. I can't wait to go again. I'm getting treated 2 times a week although I wanted 3 but she advice 2 is sufficient. Thanks Metro physical therapy for all that you do.. I can't omit the aids. They are very friendly and cordial with a willingness to help you recover! Ashley is the person I work with most of the time. I go for therapy but Ashley turns it into comedy hour. It's all a part of making you feel welcome and at home.

They are not at all agile in neither customer service nor accommodating needs of the disabled. I do not drive due to my injuries. My Uber was late and I tried to call at 4pm regarding a 4:20 appointment, but it took 10 or more minutes to reach a human. I had to coonect to the billing depot before I was able to speak to a person who xoonected me to bellmore. By the time I got a person I was nearly there when I was told I would not be seen today. I arrived, first time there, and their street facing door is actually their back door, with a sign that said please knock loudly. I knocked, soneone came, open the door and asked what I wanted. I said to come in. He said you have to go to the front which is actually the back. Here I am barely able to walk and this idiot wants me to walk around the building rather than accommodate me and let me in. The director was not available. I believe this business is too busy to care about being customer friendly and accommodating, and too big to be agile and adjustable. I was asked I'd I wanted to reschedule and I replied absolutely Not. I will not do business with such an establishment which is probably an indication of the level of treatment I would receive.

Saw an ad to try a class, thought it would be something I'd like. They immediately call you…read moreafterwards with a bunch of questions along with wanting your credit card number (even though it's a free class) the class was rougher than I thought and my body was trembling at certain points. I understand it's high intensity but there are other high intensity workouts I'd rather try. As soon as the free class was over, they had just enough employees on hand to come to each of us taking the free class ready to get our money. They already had a schedule ready for us, whether or not it actually worked around our lives. If you have the time, money and strength to do this, go for it. But I'd personally prefer a place that doesn't come for you like a shark. You could tell they were following a script as it sounds like what's written in their email communications. And when I said I wasn't ready to sign up and that I don't get paid until next week, I was met with a "well I'll trust you that you don't get paid until next week" I know it's Garden City, however that doesn't mean all the clientele walking in comes from Garden City where they can afford this. It was also a holiday where schools were closed and people were off of work. The surrounding businesses were packed with people, I thought this class would be full with regulars as well. It was only three of us which also raised a red flag because why wouldn't people be getting their workout in on their day off, unless people really weren't going there? My bar also conveniently had a ribbon tied around that a staff member cut off and made sure to tell us a that it was to celebrate someone's milestone in the previous class which to me seemed a bit staged as a way to lure us in.

love this studio - energy, class variety and amazing community of members. teachers are motivating…read moresupportive and have excellent technique. the owner Miriah also creates and brings fun events and celebrated our milestones. the studio has a very collegial and empowering atmosphere. the classes are pricey but well worth the investment in your health and strength! this workout is fun, motivating and makes me feel so much stronger and more enduring in my job and life.

I've been seeing Sakina for my allergies since 2014, and although I've only visited her maybe once…read moreor twice per year, she fully heals me every time, at which point I am able to get off my allergy medications, and I no longer look like I'm crying all the time from my teary eye...she's that good! Visits to Sakina are not only very professional, but warm and friendly too. She has this wonderful nature about her and is interested in me, and what else could be going on in my life, that is making my body behave in a particular way. Sakina's approach is completely holistic, treating the body as a whole, not treating the problem, or putting a band aid on it. If you want to truly get your body in synce and get tuned up completely, then do yourself a favor. Don't miss an opportunity to feel whole again, especially being able to be close to your favorite animal again or enjoy the beautiful weather outside without it attacking your senses. The only side effect you will notice, is how wonderful you feel!
