Jacob Gages lack of professionalism and constant argumentative behavior almost makes the fact that the whole staff is inept less aggravating. Almost but not quite as on every level they do not care. If this company has screwed you over take action! There is power in numbers. File complaints with the bbb against gage management and if you had issues with Jacob gage you can file a formal complaint against him with the kansas department of labor. They take advantage, rip off and neglect their tenants and units. And that's not even going into the details of the many many many things that were issues in my actual unit.

I phone, no one answers. while the message comes on Laura Chaney is calling me on another line. I explain to her my idea she exclaimed, NO that house is not habitable. I proceed to ask her if, [kerplunk] the phone has been hung up. okay maybe her phone battery died, or maybe she was hit by a bus, whatever I tend to think "how rude". I phone her back and said you hung up on me while I was asking a question, she replied well i dont do "rent to own,"very rudely. Lawrence is a very difficult town to find a rental in especially if you're a family and you've had some problems in your life and gone thru a divorce and had a spouse thats ruined your credit. it seems no one wants to help you these days. people are all about themselves, nobody quite wants to really help it's really sad that life has become all about business. I ran into this after trying to get several places and not having an adequate credit score.I kept trying, I found a house that I really liked and called, it was a realtor that was managing. Kimberly Williams with McGrew real estate, she said I'll be glad to show it to you but the landlord requires a 600 credit score and yaddy yaddy yaddy.I said well that's not going to work for us and then I said can I tell you a little bit about us? she said yes so I told her my story and to my amazement she really cared she told me to write my story down and to email it to her and she would go to her client and see if she might make an exception and give our family a much-needed break. The next day she got back with me and told me the client did not want to rent with us I guess she's one of those that it's all about the money and not giving someone another chance I've never had an eviction and I've never owed anyone money on rent I just needed a little help. this is not where I wanted to be at 55. I just want to say this is the first review that I'm going to compliment somebody on and thank them for their help and that will be Kimberly Williams because I was somebody that didn't have a pot to piss in and she still went out of her way to try and help me. now the thing is I'm going to be coming into some money in about 6 months quite a lot of money and I'm going to buy a house and I'm not going to call the Chaney's but I'm going to call Kimberly and she's going to sell me a house because my money is green enough for her, so if you're looking for a house, put your money on her thank you Kimberly!!!

They were efficient and a great job and were on time. Our floors look great! It's an house with uneven floors and they spent time To even them out to install the floors. We used Coretec vinyl which the installer said is his favorite, bread quality flooring. Very happy with the way it looks. Hopefully it will stand the test of time.

I won't use them again!
