I first selected them because someone else I knew used them for a job and also because they were a family owned KCK business (which is where I am from). They did a wonderful job on both items. For the sofa they assisted me in selecting a vinyl they carried that everyone thinks is real leather when they sit on the sofa. They also refurbished the chrome frame as well. I would highly recommend De Leon to anyone. For my sofa they came and picked it up at my home and returned it to me when done. Al De Leon was great to work with and I couldn't help but be charmed by his adorable mother who works in the store as well. We needed paint on the exterior of our house and Kate helped us match the existing faux stone colors to some of the new exterior colors available. Our stone had faded a bit but the new paint made the house look new again. Kate also took time to select colors for downspouts, trim, and gutters that made the main house color look better than the original scheme. Super patient and easy to deal with, I recommend them to anyone needing exterior or interior paint work (she is awesome at that too!)
