This is a woman you can trust. I hired her to meet me at the Pescadero Post Office to get my sister signed off the deed to my house ( we inherited it together and I bought her out recently). Problem was, I had undiagnosed epilepsy at the time. When my meeting with Courtney was supposed to occur, I had major seizures the day before, and was suffering from extreme memory loss, so my poor husband was forced to go in my place. Another huge issue: my sister suffered from a stroke several years back and is unable to communicate verbally very well. You have to use a combination of written notes on notepads, pantomimes, and words to try to get through to her. I don't think I communicated Judy's deficiencies accurately to Courtney beforehand (due to my own health challenges). So poor Courtney shows up at a Post Office in the middle of nowhere, meets my poor husband (who was freaked out, too, because his wife was home and could barely care for herself and we had no idea at the time what was going on with me), and Courtney also meets my sister who can't communicate well, and Courtney is expected to sign off on these documents, citing my sister's approval for signing off on my deed. If this didn't look like we were scamming my poor sister, I don't know what would. So Courtney rightfully refused to sign off on the docs, and protected my sister. Not many people are looking out for the disabled like that. I commend Courtney for her honesty, honor, and morality. While I still have to get my sister signed off on my house, and Courtney and I were unable to complete our business, Courtney deserved a five-star review here.
