Unlike others who couldn't start for a few days, or who charged for immediate "rush" service at more than twice the price, Fahd was able to start immediately after I emailed him and paid the fee via Zelle. He was able to serve the annulment papers after his second try. He also emailed me a signed affidavit and a signed proof of service (POS-040) form so I didn't have to go look those up and send it to him. II couldn't recommend him more and will definitely use him again.

They just did a terrific job for me on a rush assignment dealing with a particularly difficult Sheriff's Office. They moved heaven and earth to get something done in one day. This is the second time they basically dropped everything and got something done for me that was pretty difficult. They have also finessed a few things in the San Mateo Sheriff's Office. (Frank knows the local Sheriffs and is careful to follow the procedures in each office -- this one needs a declaration re electronic writ even after the change in the SER forms etc...) If you have work in Nor Cal, I can't recommend them highly enough. (I should also mention that they just opened an office right across from CT Corporation in Glendale)

Each time I called, I spoke with different employees who all told me it was "in process" and that I would receive an update. The only time I ever got updates was when I chased them down myself. On one occasion I was even told it would be served that evening, which never happened. Later I was told their server doesn't go to that city very often. If that's the case, then why offer and charge for rush 24-hour service?? When the case manager finally called me, he claimed the request had 'slipped through the cracks.' This was the same person who had previously told me it was actively being worked on and that he would follow up with the server. It's hard to understand how something can slip through the cracks when multiple staff members repeatedly assured me it was being handled. By the time they offered more apologies and promises to fix it, the subpoena deadline had already passed and it was no longer usable. This was after I had already taken the time to go to the courthouse and wait to have the subpoena certified in the first place. Completely unreliable service and a huge waste of time and energy. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I told her I wanted her to do it as I had already spent hours going back and forth about the logistics with her via phone and text. She called me back again around 8 pm last night , and we spoke for 1 hour and 8 min and we left off with her saying she'd do the forms and send me the ones I had to fill out . And she was supposed to connect with me today. All day I didn't hear from her. No explanation . No text . And when I called to inquire what was going on, she chose to not answer. She didn't even have the courtesy to let me know and now I have a deadline and I'm left in limbo. The unprofessional and unethical manner she handled this left me in a very bad position , with no way to get the documents I needed in time to be filed. Totally harmed me and didn't have the decency to call. I am very disappointed and can't believe someone in a professional position would do this and harm someone , especially knowing I was in a time crunch. She then sent me a text after my review, threatening me. I wrote back that I have the right to write a review of my experience. I would be very cautious in using this business for anything.

Spencer Chase is a scammer. I wish I had read the recent reviews before paying him…read more I hired Spencer for assistance for a Chinese Visa application. Similar to other reviewers here, he initially seemed very responsive and knowledgeable, but then the delays and excuses started. Since he has had legitimate experience in this field, his excuses seemed reasonable, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. In the end, they were all lies. Here is an incomplete list of the excuses he used: "Waiting for the pickup notification" "Should be today or tomorrow" "It will definitely be next week" "They are a little backlogged at the Consulate" "Should be any day" "Will contact you soon, at the consulate now" "Should be getting the pickup ticket tomorrow" "They are prioritizing business first, ticket applicants second, and non-ticket applicants like yours third" "This delay is not typical" "Your application was batched with a tourism order last week" "I've been using all methods to try to get this done as soon as possible and it will be completed this week" "I got the pick up date and it's for next Thursday" "I just received one for another case that was submitted shortly before yours so it looks like we're almost there" All of these excuses sounded believable and made the process sound like it was always tantalizingly close to completion, but every one of these updates was a lie. Every. Single. One. I was a fool to have believed him. I hired Spencer in July when he promised it would be done in 2-3 weeks. I had to threaten him with legal action in order to recover my passport in November (4 months later, still with no visa in hand). After getting my passport back, I went to the consulate myself. The whole process took just 40 minutes (mostly waiting in line). It makes my blood boil just thinking about how Spencer strung me along for 4 agonizing months because he couldn't have bothered to go to the consulate for a mere 40 minutes. He exploited my inexperience and took advantage of my patience. My advice for anyone applying for a Chinese visa: do it yourself. The consulate updated their online application process in October 2025 so it's much smoother. If there is anything missing in your application, they'll tell you online exactly what you need. When it's time to submit your passport to the consulate in person, you just need to drop off the passport. The processing is super fast now because they've already reviewed everything online. And you don't have to pay a penny until your actually pick up your passport with the visa. Even worse than wasting your money and time, Spencer will ruin your travel plans and your mental health. He never planned on completing the work. Please don't make the same mistake I did.
