My experience since 2014 has given me extensive knowledge on how to properly and legally notarize all types of documents. Including auto titles, Apostilles, and I-9 verifications. I'm detail-oriented and strongly dedicated to providing the highest standard of notarial services to the community with precise execution. I take pride in the level of accuracy that I provide while handling very important documents in a private, professional manner.  I'm also environmentally friendly and only like to buy recycled products that are from locally owned and operated businesses. To help aid in global reforestation, a tree is planted in honor of every client that leaves a review. So far, over 200 trees have been planted.

History

Established in 2017.

My journey as a notary public started in October 2014 when I was commissioned by the Ohio Secretary of State. As a single mother of 3, I was always looking for new ways to help make ends meet. So, in April 2017, with the help of my kids, I launched my business & marketed myself as a mobile notary public. My kids designed the logo & picked out the business name, The Notary Tree. It was only fitting because my family calls me Tree for short. When I wasn't working my day job, I would travel to hospitals, nursing homes, or anywhere my clients needed me to be. I did this side hustle for almost 3 years before COVID-19 hit & this changed everything for all of us. I lost my job, my house, & my car. Fast forward to now, I am working from home full time & meeting with clients that come to my place. I love being of service to my community as a notary public. I'm available all day every day, 24/7. Meet the Business Owner: Theresa W.

My name is Theresa and I am the owner and only operator of The Notary Tree. I love being able to serve my community as a notary. Here's a timeline of my accomplishments: *July 2017 - I got ordained by American Marriage Ministries to officiate weddings. *February 2019 - I completed training on how to properly take ink fingerprints for FD-258 cards required by the FBI and BCI background checks. *December 2021 - started the process and training to conduct remote online notarizations. As of April 2022 I am now authorized to perform online notarizations for clients all over the world. *June 2022 - I decided it was time to start studying for the NSA (Notary Signing Agent) exam through the National Notary Association. As of August 2022 I am now a Certified Notary Signing Agent and able to assist others with their documents when buying or refinancing their home. I have many more ideas to branch out to other areas of service. The sky's the limit for The Notary Tree and I'm only getting started.
