Was my first time getting a massage in a while so I decided to try this spot. Pros: Was easy to book a same day appointment . The place itself was really clean . I loved the ocean / rain background sound they had playing . My masseuse was really kind and welcoming. The massage was amazing salon with the face treatment I added on . Cons: They don't proved 60 or 90 minutes massages as most places do . The price is also slightly higher than other places for less time . read more

5 stars for actually listening to me! Beth discussed my preferred focus areas and goals for the massage upfront then respected them. I have deep knots in my shoulders from years of playing softball and every previous massage therapist said it would take many sessions on a regular basis to heal the knots. I do not get massages regularly, so I always ask for a relaxing massage, yet I always receive a painful massage because of the knots. Beth understood my request and gave me a relaxing massage. She did not grind on my knots and I fell asleep for the first time ever during the massage. I had the 80 minute NOW massage as-is, and it was wonderful. The background noise used in the dark massage room is unlike anything else and truly feels like you are away from the world. The warm bed and fur blanket was great too. They did not ask nor pressure me to buy their membership, which makes me want to go back even more when I can. Thank you, Beth!! read more

I specifically wanted the pedicure that includes the paraffin wax. When I brought it to the technician's attention, another employee came over visibly frustrated, huffing and puffing, and told me the paraffin wax would cost an additional $15. The issue wasn't the extra charge--it was the poor communication and unprofessional attitude. The technician also told me I had an ingrown toenail and, without asking for my permission, cut my toenail vertically all the way down toward the cuticle. Ironically, that is what caused it to become painful. I explained that my toe wasn't hurting and that if I ever suspected an ingrown toenail, I would see a podiatrist rather than have it treated without my consent. A simple apology for the miscommunication and an effort to make it right--whether by honoring the service that was requested or offering a small discount on a future visit--would have gone a long way. Instead, I felt like I was being treated as though I was trying to get something for free. Unfortunately, the customer service has declined, and because of this experience, I won't be returning.
