This is a complimentary visit after a not so great one and let me tell you... they was redeemed. The staff was extremely warm, professional and truly made our day special. The atmosphere was calm, relaxing and inviting. This spa is all the hype. We received a Deluxe Hydrotherapy couples massage and We was left on cloud Nine, our therapists were outstanding. Starting the session by complimentary wine, soaking in the tubs, oxygen therapy and epsom salt. Each of us thought our massage was exactly what we needed and asked for. Okay, this place is excellent. I'm visiting from New York and my partner wanted to do this. This was my first massage and hydrotherapy, and I can't believe I'm saying this, but... I am a changed man. I initially hesitated when my girlfriend asked me to do this, but I wanted to do something she wanted to do. I was a fool to hold off on doing this for so long. I had missed my appointment and I was hoping to reschedule or give the credit to a friend, funny to learn that $125 is now gone and can't be used unless I get an appointment in 24hrs which is near impossible. If there were more than 5 stars, I would give them more! My daughter and I were given a spa day as a Christmas gift from my amazing husband. This spa runs like a Swiss clock. They have thought of every convenience that a client would anticipate. Private dressing rooms with totes to place our belongings, obtain a pair of sandals, and don a comfy robe. After our tote is placed in a locker and we are are given the key, we are are seated in a comfy room enclosed in curtains. Oh, so cosy and intimate! A spa guide leads us to the deep soaking tubs with pure oxygen headphones. Rolled towels at our grasp, and after 20 minutes the jets stop, signaling the end of our soak . After drying and putting on our robes, we are ushered to the massage room. The room is dimly lit similar to the other areas. After the facial and massage, we feel like pudding. Kudos to the professional staff who "never broke protocol". The service was excellent. Until the checkout. I don't want to reduce our excellent service to this moment, but usually when you are asked if you want to provide a gratuity, you are given a pad to add the gratuity privately. I was asked out loud how much I wanted to give as a gratuity. I had to answer aloud. My only glitch in their wonderful, professional system! The pressure of the massage was perfect along with the facial and scalp massage (was done as we waited for my face mask to dry). The spa is small but very private. The outer lobby was clean and fresh, and the inner lobby was quite handsome with large bamboo/wicker lanterns throwing beautiful shadows onto the walls amidst the subdued lighting, heavenly music and unusual waterfall. We were given warm cinnamon and clove scented neck wraps along with our choice of a mimosa or wine. We were then escorted to a cozy nook where we gossiped and enjoyed our drinks. After a few minutes the massage staff took us into the room. A head-to-toe treatment ensued which was akin to a womb-like experience. It was most peaceful as I melted into the soft cushioned table. I gave a few directions and requests which were almost silently acknowledged. Amy was my massage attendant who I jokingly called a "Doctor of Massagology. She was superb. The entire staff was pleasant, helpful and extremely professional. Loved! Great facility. Has a soft, modern and dimly lit with rain/thunder music playing. The staff is super friendly and always available. I NEVER felt rushed. There are changing rooms, robes, lockers and tea. I started my morning with a private jetted tub room. My bath had a tray for my tea and water. It was dark, with music and lovely hot water for 20 minutes. (Do the bath!) Then I spent 90 minutes in the massage room. Carla did a great job and paid attention to my muscles. Very cozy and therapeutic. Next time I'm going to try the mud wrap per her recommendation. Tub and 90 min massage were $130. What a great experience. My husband surprised me with a package for Mothers Day and joined me at the spa on a Saturday morning. Walking in to the hotel, had me skeptical. the hotel appears to need some updating. We ahd an 80 minute couples massage and a tub soak, and oxygen treatment. They offered us mimosas and were so kind. The massage was great. And the soak was essentially an epsom slat bath. IT was very relaxing. And the rate was very reasonable as well. I think it was like only $275 for us as a couple. read more

Forget that it's in a hotel because once you step inside, you are transported to pure serenity which just increases the further you venture (or float) through the spa. The sounds, smells, lighting, and even the air pressure is just right. My boyfriend brought me here for a couples massage and I couldn't have been more pleased with my masseuse. Unlike others, she gently slid her a hand ahead to signal which area she was going to massage next so as not to startle me with her touch. I am SO happy that I came here instead of somewhere else that accepts the gift cards. It is one floor up from the Marriott Southern Hills lobby, and the moment I walked in I felt completely calm and serene. The girl at the front desk was warm and welcoming and offered us their delicious spa water or a glass of wine. I came for a couples massage, and each masseuse came out and greeted us before our massage. We were taken back into the spa and it was dark and calming. Our room was quiet and dark with wonderful spa music playing. The beds were extremely comfortable, and they even offered to turn on the warming portion of the bed for us. So nice! The masseuses were very accommodating and made sure that you were comfortable at all times. They asked about injuries and any discomforts that needed to be worked out. Spa Southern Hills is our favorite spa in Tulsa. My husband and I have been customers for 4 years. The facility at the Marriott is my favorite. The staff is excellent and very professional. We enjoy getting the couples hydrotherapy tubs then the couples massage. Before and after the treatments we are offered water, tea or wine. I like this place. It's actually our preferred place to visit. we try to try a new spa every month but decided to circle back to this one after having some not so great experiences elsewhere. The atmosphere and the service you receive is unmatched. You receive complimentary drinks.. wine. Mimosas. Infused water. Etc. The soak tubs are wonderful and a great way to start a massage.. for a couples massage is about a 3 to 4 weeks out to book which is okay. There's a wait list they can add you to for cancellations they can bump you up. After our service today we decided to go ahead and get on the books for next month for the 90 min couples option. we were told about a new policy to book we have to pay %50 of the appt at booking which is new. Due to no shows. I thought that's why a card on file was required. They said they sent out an email with the price increase and new policies but I didn't receive one nor did I see any announcements on the websites or social media pages. We have a card on file but pay and tip in cash. a $150 deposit for an appt that's a month out is a big bite to swallow. I can see a deposit even but half is a lot. Anyway. If you are looking for a great experience this is the place for you. If you do not want to fork out %50 of your service at the time of booking this is not the place for you. 5 stars for service 3 stars for policies. read more

I love the vibe of this place. Everything was dimly lit and peaceful, lots of plants and smelled lovely. I called last minute, due to having some acute muscle pain. They got me in the same day after work. They greeted me and immediately took me to a waiting room in the back that was very quiet. I was given a warm neck wrap and a glass of wine (yum!). Jen was my masseuse and applied just the right amount of pressure (I chose a deep tissue massage). She also use an infrared heating pad and stones. You can book an appointment within a 24 hour timeframe but you can't cancel the appointment without being fully charged due to their 24 hour cancellation fee. A good rule of thumb: If you can't cancel within 24 hours then you shouldn't book appointments less than 24 hours ahead of time. Horrible customer service. I have been to this spa 3 or 4 times simply out of location convenience. Staying at hotel. Only 1 time have I enjoyed the massage, I have complained so they put me with a better masseuse the next appointment. She was great but definitely not worth the lack of customer service. read more

They also have great staff who will help you with anything you need, and message therapist who really listen and help. I did a one hour massge, and had an amazing therapist. She kept in contact with me and truly listened to what i wanted. I also did a hydrotherapy tub, and can i say ahhhhh-mazing.
