This place is pretty cool. You come in here, order an aloe (some sort of healthy shot), a tea (with some energy stuff added to it), and a shake. Basically, it's a meal replacement thingamajig. And it is absolutely delicious! The owners/employees are very helpful and friendly. The store is nice an stylish. It's a very happening place. So, as I'm sitting here I'm hearing the fella explain all things. The aloe coats your gastric system and helps reduce heartburn and whatnot. The tea raises your body temp and burns about 100 calories. Then the shake is a meal replacement that's high in protein. So, there you go. If you're like me and you try to eat healthy and stay in decent shape you should definitely try this place out. It really is great. I highly recommend it! read more

Great place with great healthy shakes and teas! Along with other many healthy options!

I want to start out by saying that I do like what the Nutrition Hub serves. The shakes are yummy, there's no denying that. But what I do not like is the way the owner treats the customers and other workers. I stopped by on my way out of town about a week ago. Having been there several times before, I sat down and ordered my usual. A new customer walks in...they did not look like the "typical" Nutrition Hub customer, and the owner was not subtle with his facial expressions or staring. He was rude to her while explaining the process; he basically acted like she was stupid. I exchanged several wide-eyed glances with other customers. During the same visit, he berated a worker in front of all the customers. The worker was new and technically still training, apparently. The poor girl looked absolutely terrified. Overall, even though I like the shakes, I will not return. I refuse to patronize a business with a crooked, rude, & cold owner. read more

I am a local here, i really love this place! I have gotten so many people hooked on this place (p.s. the wedding cake shake is phenomenal). Although, one thing i would like to see would be better explanation for people who have never been to the restaurant. This isn't like a regular restaurant, so explain WHAT the aloe shot is, explain to me why drinking the tea is optional but that it helps lower the calories. The first time i ate here the workers asked me "is this your first time here?" and when i answered they were so kind about it and now i know how it works THEREFORE i like it more. BUt when i took my boyfriend there for the first time he was so confused, i did a terrible job at explaining so he didn't have the same first time experience as i did :\. so hello NH employees if you are reading this, maybe make the system more clean and everytime you a customer walks in ask if they are a first timer or not :) LOVE THIS PLACE IT IS DELICIOUS read more

This is a great concept for a food establishment but I'm not a fan. They sell healthy protein shakes, teas, and aloe shots. There are many different flavors available. However, my issues are as follows: 1)this is an Herbalife shop. Herbalife is a predatory MLM which has financially ruined thousands of people. Watch the documentary Betting On Zero to see how bad it really is and the role these shake shops play. 2)these shakes are soy based. Some people can consume soy often with no issues; but most women should avoid frequent consumption of it because it can cause hormonal problems. Most fitness-minded people sick to whey-based protein for this reason. I can't call these "healthy" for this reason. 3)it's simply overpriced. I make myself a whey protein shake for breakfast every morning, blended with almond milk, a banana, and flax seeds. The entire shake costs me $1.50 per day to make. If you really want to save yourself time by enjoying a meal replacement shake, it's healthier and cheaper to make your own, and then you don't have to support an MLM. 4)the menu suggests you to book a free "wellness" consultation with them. These people are not dieticians or fitness professionals and do NOT have any credentials to provide accurate and safe wellness advice.
