Lots of regulars, so the place feels comfortable and familiar. Even as a first-timer, I felt at ease. I used the largest washers they had. Most washers and dryers were working and clean. Those they weren't working had signs stating so. Many of them had cute little signs or drawings. The staff/owners were very helpful and attentive. They helped me get the biggest bang for my quarters.
