Waffles came out about 10 minutes after ordering. While this may seem like a longer wait, there was a large group of us and only one worker making the waffles. Loft Der Zoetheid definitely falls into this category. I personally haven't been treated poorly like a few reviewers pointed out. In fact, I've always experienced excellent services here. The owner even gave us complimentary raspberry/strawberry prosecco the last 2 times dined there. Regardless, the reason I gave this place a perfect score is because they do have great dishes. AND they have the best high-tea out of all the places I've visited around the globe. And.... I do travel. This is a must-visit and must-reserved place for high tea if you've never been here and if you love high-teas. Everything is homemade and delicious. However, if customer service is what you're looking for, Loft der Zoetheid may not be the right fit for you. P.S.
