Plus, the day I was supposed to pick it up she was very hit or miss with responding to my messages. She claimed she was running late from work while I was waiting in Fenton to pick up my item, but I'm pretty sure she was at home the entire time rushing to finish it. She said she was going to sew the piece of fabric on my cap, but instead she hot glued it. It looks a MESS. She also somehow ripped a piece of my cap where the cardboard underneath is now showing.
