I was initially skeptical about the need for home staging and rather shocked at the prices I was being quoted but I toured some open houses to see Jenny's work and her quote was very reasonable compared with the competition. I had many people tell me that they didn't even recognize my condo, it had been so totally transformed. Jenny manages to take the bland staging aesthetic - a necessity, since you don't want to put possible buyers off by being too unique - and add some nice touches like driftwood, succulents and plenty of big frondy plants to give it a personal touch. I had the pleasure of meeting Jenny for a staging consultation of one of my client's properties. From the start, she had a warm personality. My listed property has an amazing view and I wanted clean light furniture to not take away from the stand out aspect of the home.
