I heard the bell ringing above the door every time someone walked in, and could hear the chit chat of the staff outside my room. Normally I wouldn't mind, but when I'm basically nude on a table, it's a bit disconcerting to hear people a metre away! I walked in and was in the massage room in a mere five minutes, though I did hear other people being turned away after - an appointment may be necessary. When going back into the rooms (which every single one has quiet please, session in progress) it's literally like a beautiful maze with two beautiful staircases... One that's not in use because I'm guessing it's not safe, but it's still beautiful. From what I've seen, the staff is more than friendly, they greet you and make you feel welcome and the place is just extremely comfortable. If you haven't been in for a massage, give them a ring. They have spots available all the time and the people coming out seem quite happy about it....
