The store manager helped my wife and me with shoes and was very attentive and patient with us as we tried on quite a few different pairs of shoes. Big 5 sales prices are usually good values, especially compared to other places selling sporting goods. Thumbs up all around. If you can handle overkill with emails announcing sales, their email list provides coupons that help boost your buying power, too.
