Based on her extensive knowledge, experience, and academic background, she is extremely qualified in her field. They remind you over and over for days prior to your appointment and then don't show up on time - often arriving more than 20 minutes late. They charge your account the day before the appointment. Despite only needing quarterly appointments, they will require monthly. Save yourself a lot of mental anguish and find another provider.

When my telehealth appointment started, it was clear she had never heard of me, obviously not taking the time to review anything I had submitted. One of the first things she said is "I don't understand why you're seeing me today." She was rude and combative the whole 10 or so minutes I was on the call with her. Finally, when she said she would not prescribe one of the medications that I have been taking with great success for the last decade and a half I thanked her for her time and ended the call. Those 10 minutes cost me $195.00. Don't make the same mistake I did.
