Before they cancelled they asked for a credit card for "Security purposes", it was very shady. I had 1 day to move and it was planned 2 weeks in advance with them. Because of them, I had to pay to ride back and forth on a ferry twice to get a truck of my own and move everything myself. We started at 5 am so we would be ready for the movers and did not finish to get off the island until after 1:00 am due to them canceling. way too long and stressful of a day. You will not save a dime using these movers. As a small business owner myself, I thought I was helping out a fellow local business. This is not a business it is a SCAM. Jennifer and Tony do not have your best interests at heart nor are they part of any business community. I will change this post IF I get my deposit back, but I do not have high hopes of that, based on the unprofessional manner that this was handled.
