The other tech arrived on time- 9 am an hour after their employee, to fix a furnace issue. One employee, not several. That is not an excuse. When I reached out to Jamie a week ago, she texted back, oh- I was planning on reaching out??? Really.. ok We won't have all new pieces in until end of the month!! Darria, here I am crying again.. end of the month, I've been sitting with incomplete cabinets, damaged done and they want me to wait another month and expect me to pay 12k for this?? I think not.
