She was super helpful and made the move extremely stress free. I would think twice to hire her. She has your back during the most stressful situations and you would be very happy for it later. They took care of me immediately, even though my home was being built when I called them for a quote. I met with Stacey at the model home (courtesy of Beazer Homes!) about 2 months prior to closing on my brand new home. She listened to all my needs and created a 3D rendering of my fabulous closets on the spot! I took a few days to sleep on it; we made a few adjustments via emails, and I got my amazing closets installed in 1 day, merely 2 days after I received the keys to my new house! Stacey has been fabulous throughout the entire process. She was very responsive and respectful of my questions and wishes. Honestly, ask for Stacey! She is the main reason I went with Closet Gallery for my closets. She will work with your budget and won't rush you if you need time to think about it. They sent a crew of 4 guys to install my 3 walk-in closets and they were at my house from 7:25 am until 2 pm. Super nice and respectful. I loved everything about the experience and I highly recommend Closet Gallery for your next project! You won't find anything better in the area. I tried another company that has a showroom but they were very condescending and never emailed me the design after they said they would. 10 stars for this business!!

I…read morehad to reach out to Jamie weeks after I had spoken to, Darria, owner, who was also very shrude, unprofessional, and kept telling me that this is construction for you?? This is NOT construction- this is an INSTALL- difference between the two.. a construction is built from the ground up. These are pre- fabricated cabinets that your company can't even install properly without damaging or breaking. Darria also told me that Jamie called her telling her that I was (crying) ik a hyperbolic way about the employee arriving 3 hours early and why did it matter if I already had workers here?? The other tech arrived on time- 9 am an hour after their employee, to fix a furnace issue. One employee, not several. That is not an excuse. When I reached out to Jamie a week ago, she texted back, oh- I was planning on reaching out??? Really.. ok We won't have all new pieces in until end of the month!! Darria, here I am crying again.. end of the month, I've been sitting with incomplete cabinets, damaged done and they want me to wait another month and expect me to pay 12k for this?? I think not. I expect them to indemnity me- the CLIENT for my loss here, in time, my 6plus k that they have in their possession already, and compensate for all this run around, time lost, unprofessional, and more.

    Ten times the results vs working solo…read more We moved into a smaller house and went from a 4 car garage to a 1-1/2 car garage. Fitting ourselves into this new space has been daunting, but Lisa has made is happen quicker, easier, and better than doing it solo. Working with Lisa is wonderful. She's very easy to be with and listens to what's important to you. But also she keeps things on track working towards a goal, and asks great questions and makes great suggestions. I was stalled out on going through garage and holiday boxes but was able to do it with Lisa's help today. And I'm not exaggerating about getting ten times the results. There's no way I could stay on task for 3 or 4 hours working alone. But the time flies by when we're working together. And guess what? Lisa takes all your donations when she leaves!!! How's that for the cherry on top?! Lisa gets my highest recommendation.

    What a life saver!…read more Over the years, my boyfriend and I have accumulated a lot of stuff. Though I knew we needed to organize our home, just looking at everything became increasingly overwhelming. I reached out to Bee Organized and Lisa got back to me fairly quickly. Getting on her schedule was a pretty straight forward process after speaking over the phone about what we needed. We booked an 8 hour day with Lisa and she did an incredible job helping us pack up items that weren't ours, declutter items that we didn't need, and sort through paperwork that wasn't touched in many years. What Lisa did in 8 hours would have taken us SO many years. Just with Lisa going through all the items in our home office, we were able to make the space feel more like our own + gained some empty cabinets + had items reorganized in ways I had not imagined. She even helped drop off bags of donations! Some things are worth paying for if it impacts your mental health and this is definitely one of those things. We're looking forward to having Lisa back to help with our garage that is in dire need of assistance!
