I bought it a few weeks in advance and had purchased one of the most basic but very comfy mattresses in the store. The truck ended up being 2 days late to the store and they offered me another mattress they had in their store (the same size) but foam ( much like a Tempurpedic mattress) for no up charge, even though the mattress they offered me was 300+ dollars more than the one I had originally purchased. It's an amazing mattress and I still use it to this day. Their customer service is unbeatable and their drive to put customers first has definitely gained this place points !! They even carried the mattress out to my truck and loaded it , I didn't have to lift a finger !

I've shopped at Denver Mattress before and felt we could find what we were looking for easier at a better price. The associate was very upfront, not pushy, showed us all options we were looking for and didn't try and upscale us on something we weren't looking at. He did make sure I didn't walk out of the store without everything I might need. Beddings, pillows, protectors and warranties were all offered or suggested with again no pushy feel to it. He was funny (I appreciate humor) and cared about anything we had to say about our. current bed or bed we were looking at. I recommend this store based on experience and customer service. No bad review or comment can be brought to mind. Thanks for a pleasant experience and we will be returning hopefully not anytime soon! We hope the bed we picked out lasts us a good long time :)

Things just went way sideways at the time of check out. I asked the store mgr. Candy approximately how much would the interest be on the loan (we were doing the 90day same as cash program) & she stated she had no idea what the rates would be until the contract is completed. I found this hard to believe since she handles these transactions daily! She should have at the very least had a ballpark amount. Anyway, long story shorter contract typed up and had me Docusign on a very small machine. You couldn't see any of the terms (my bad) I signed it printed w/170 something % Finance Charge. Sorry, don't have it in front of me for exact number. Then a $99 early pmt fee if you P/O early. The delivery was a disaster, they didn't hook up the hoses correctly. I was reimbursed for that at least. Bottom Line I would never recommend this Company or American First Finance to anyone, not even someone I don't care for!!!

Recently, we started to experience some issues with the chamber on my wife's side of the bed…read moredefaulting and inflating. I called Sleep Number and arranged for a technician to come out and look at the issue. Imagine my surprise when I was told that it would cost me $190 for someone to even look at the bed, but the parts and labor were covered. The technician came out this past Tuesday and looked at the bed. It was either a leak in the chamber or the pump and if the chamber deflated during the day it was a leak, if not it was the pump and to call to let them know so the appropriate part could be ordered. I followed up as I was instructed and was greeted by an extremely rude and hostile CSR. I was told that the technician was wrong and to put the cap on for another 2 days or I can order the pump. I ordered the pump and found out that Sleep Number would only cover 65% of the cost and that if I wanted another technician to come to install it that would be another $190. I asked why the fee since it was a continuation of same issue. I was rudleytold that again every time some on came in the door it was $190. Then condencending tone was told they could send me directions and it was simple and anyone could do it. Today I spoke to a supervisor who was no better. She was not apologetic and would do nothing to make up for the service I received. If this is the way Sleep Number treats its customers, well it is lousy. Sorry I am not an NFL player that Sleep Number sponsors. But to not try a appease the customer for poor service is unacceptable. It isn't my fault the the rep in the store gave me wrong information about the warranty or the technician about keeping the champer capped.

The staff was not pushy at all and were all very welcoming. We came back after falling in love with a sectional, but didn't love the color of the one on display. Tyler, the manager, helped us order it in the color we wanted and was willing to answer any of our questions. We felt the selection was great, and the prices were even greater. We got our sectional for half the factory price. While we hadn't anticipated waiting weeks or months for it to arrive, we're hoping it will be worth the wait when it does get delivered. Unfortunately, the pandemic really put a damper on the furniture industry and delivery times, so it's across the board and not just Overstock with long wait times at the moment.

We're now on week 10 with no answer of when it's coming in. I'm fully aware of Covid putting things on pause but the customer service lady even said "yeah we need to talk to our sales reps, they've been lying to people. They know better." I also straight out asked the sales lady if they couch would get assembled upon delivery. She said yes, 100%. On the receipt it says assembly not included so I turned my phone on and recorded her promising me it would be assembled. After reading some other reviews, I doubt they assemble it so I'll bring the recording of her lying to the proper parties. Don't get lied to by these people. Still waiting on my couch, will update.
