The website for The Orlando Law Group has an AI form for requesting assistance which when completed says during office hours you will immediately get a return call. By the next afternoon, I still hadn't received a call, so I called them. The man who answered the phone told me the paralegal with whom I'd need to speak was on another call, but would call me back. I called at the beginning of the week and it's now Saturday. I doubt they'll be calling. If they aren't interested in the little bit they heard about my case, that's fine, but a call should still be returned to say so. read more

Our evil HOA hired this law firm to manipulate our CC&Rs and impose unfair rules to our residents, many of which were actually against Florida statue. Obviously this law firm does not keep track of Florida statue and tend to make up laws for themselves. For example, the HOA compliance policy will fine you $100 immediately for trash bin left outside without any notice(compliance policy draft by this law firm). This law firm is very unethical and unprofessional. read more

I had been in a car accident 2.5 years prior to this review and was recommended this firm to handle my injury case, I couldn't even tell you who the attorney working my case was because I never even got to speak to them. the only communication I ever had with anyone at this firm was through various paralegals and even then, it would be overstating to say that contact was sparse. I hadnt heard any word from anyone at this office on my case in two years despite attempts to reach out and get update, and the only thing anyone's had to say to me in that time is that they wanted to settle for an amount that wouldn't even cover my medical costs. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere if you have a personal injury case. The only conclusion I can reasonably come to as to why I wouldn't have heard from them in such an obscene amount of time is that no one was working on my case, they didn't do anything with it and now they're asking me to settle to get it off of their desk. This is only relating to Jennifer Englert -- I have not dealt with any other lawyers and I have no negative comments to say them. I was very impressed with Jennifer at the consultation -- very well spoken and told me what I wanted to hear, which was that she could help me with my pending divorce mainly relating to child custody/support issues. At the consultation (which was free -- I see why now) she said she deals with the stuff on a weekly basis and is very aggressive in court. This is what I wanted to hear and I hired her on the spot and paid what she was asking; and was glad to do so. The consultation was the ONLY positive interaction I had with Jennifer. My case went NO WHERE and I even verified with the court(s) that nothing was even filed. I don't know how else to explain it other than she took my money and did NOTHING. Phone calls and emails are NOT RETURNED. I don't know how she sleeps at night. I care less about my money than my family situation: dealing with Jennifer delayed by court dates and pending issues with my children at least 9 months. Nothing happened in the 6 months or so that she was "working" for me. In fact, no work was done. And this is not my opinion, the court clerk told me she had done NOTHING. This is what happened to ME, I hope people read this and so it happens to no one else. It saddens me the write this, the first negative review/comments I've ever written about anyone. She is a lawyer and know the law better than me, but I can't believe what she does is legal. (Very sad) read more

I wish I'd seen the previous review (Jineau's review) on this law group before I went for and gave my money to one of their lawyers. I hired a different lawyer but everything the previous reviewer said is what I am going through right now. I have called and left messages to call me back, and have e-mailed for an update. Three weeks later, still no reply or return call. It has been about 2 months since my initial consultation and i don't think my ex has received anything yet from my lawyer because my ex hasn't said anything to me. I don't know what the guidelines are but I am planning to find another lawyer. I just hope I get my money back first from this law group. read more
