OK, I have a confession...this place is not really called "The Oyster Truck." I'm not sure if it even has a name, but if it doesn't, its now (you guessed it), The Oyster Truck. This truck is in the same area as the Luquillo Kiosks. Its located about halfway down the row. There is a couple who has a table set up in front of their truck with a row of homemade sauces. For a $1, the guy will crack open a fresh oyster, squeeze some lime on it, and add on whatever sauce you pick. Then you get sent straight to heaven; the sauce is tasty and the oyster meat just slides down your throat. I was in shock of how good these were; normally oysters are unimpressive but these were addicting. We kept buying one after another until there was no cash left. Sometimes I think about going out to eat oysters and realized that I'll just be disappointed. Other times I think about bringing this guy over here and sponsoring him. All I know is, if you want a break from all of the fried food at the kiosks and experience real, fresh seafood, go see this guy. You're welcome. read more
