They sold me two gallons of stain at 42.00 per gallon, and the next day when I went to apply it,it came out MAUVE on my deck, so I called them and told them what was going on so I had to go back into town and take them the cans.They gave me the third degree, how old was my deck, did I have a piece of the deck with me!REALLY?So on and so forth, I told them I just want some stain for my deck, the young kid behind the counter(clay)kept arguing with me, finally they got me two different gallons of stain and then charged me 55dollars more!!!!Now I'v spent 84.00 on the first two and now 55.00 more and I walked away with two gallons of stain, they kept the first two!So I spent 139.00 for TWO gallons of stain!I never felt more like I was taken advantage of then I did then.What a rip off and they were rude on top of it!I could have gone to lowes or home depot and spent WAY less, but I was trying to give the locals some business!Never again,they totally ripped me off and took advantage of me and I will NEVER patronize their business again!BEWARE!!!!!!

Trent makes everything easier with my account and has always been gracious and professional, and Lauren is the best phone person Ive run into in yeas..always cheerful, she follows up on every commitment she makes. I very rarely write reviews, but I also very rarely run into businesses that are this consistent in their service, product, knowledge, and professionalism. Plus they're super fun. We ordered blinds from Andrew at Lowes. Upon installation, it quickly became evident Lowe's had…read moreordered the wrong color. Andrew told us to re-order and he would take the incorrect blinds back. We would need to pay for the new blinds while waiting for a full refund from the store for the wrong blinds they had ordered. Lowe's installed the new correct blinds. All is good....until we find out Lowe's retained $800 from the incorrect blinds for a restocking fee! They ordered the wrong color and charged us for it!!! We've made 6 trips into the store now to try to resolve this and get a run around every time. First, it's "Andrew is out for 12 weeks". Then, it's "you have to talk to Ben". We finally find Ben and he says, "I have to talk with Doug." Today, my wife talked with Doug and he says...wait for it..."I have to talk to Ben." No one ever calls you when they promise to call and everyone passes the buck. How about this? You call Andrew at home or Ben at home and get it figured out! When I was in banking, I'd answer customer phone calls late at night, on weekends, and on vacation. That's what you do when you're in the customer service industry. It's very hard not to label Lowes...the Bozeman "team" as thiefs. It's going to take a fast refund of the $800 and a whole lot of apologies to my wife to retain me as a customer. Hello Home Depot! We've had a very negative experience with Gallatin Valley Furniture and would not recommend them to…read moreanyone, especially for window treatments. We worked with Paul and ordered our Hunter Douglas window treatments in advance to ensure they could be installed once we moved into our new home. Paul took the measurements himself and assured us everything was perfect (we had to rely on his word given we lived in another state). The blinds were installed today and they're the wrong dimensions. They're externally mounted, which is what we wanted - but they don't reach the end of the trim on the bottom or the right sides. Gallatin Valley Furniture has offered to re-measure and replace the window treatments, however, they have not extended a discount for the inconvenience. Given we spent $13,000.00 on window treatments and expected them to be perfect when installed today, this is completely unacceptable. It's bad business. We've pulled our order, requested a refund, and will be working with another vendor for both this home and our new build. We prefer to work with a vendor who values our business.
