Robin and Clyde Mack are very fun to chat with and they know about their stuff and is very informative about it's values. They've taken advantage of every square inch of the building, with chairs, art, etc hanging from the ceilings throughout. It's really a fun, interesting place to wander through. I can't speak to service as there was one other customer inside who was speaking with the operator the whole time, so we weren't greeted or addressed as we wandered (we weren't needing help anyway, just checking things out).
