But never returned, gave me a quote, or returned my calls the following year. I called again, several times, but he never returned my call. If you don't want the job, they just say so! Instead I wasted a lot of time with this company and need to find someone else.

He kept mentioning $14000 and on each page of the contract there was $14000 but in reality the total cost of masonry work came to over $30,000. We also hired him to remove paint from a ceiling and paint it again. Again proposal was $4700. Then he said we changed paint request (which we did not do) and the amount was now $6000 and then bill came and it was almost $9000. So expect to pay about twice what he tells you. I would not recommend dealing with this company.
