The cable came off on my garage door so i called for a service call to get it put back on track. They came to my house and saw that the outside housing on the part that hold the garage door motor was broken. So they said that that needed to be fixed and are charging me 80$. I got zero value from calling them and the service person added extra nuts and overtightened all the nuts on the garage door so it would be harder for me to make it so i could use the door without calling them to buy a new one. That really added to the overall feel that they are only after easy work of putting in new door for the easy money. Dont waste your money with these people. read more
