He had to make two visits, the first was in pouring rain but he still climbed a ladder to fix the reachable sections. He then researched where to hire the cheapest 9 metre ladder and went to pick it up before returning to fix the disconnected pipe at roof height. One of them even recommended I get my entire flat re-wired. Arian from Dara was the only person who actually took the time and was able to locate and fix the problem. The price they charged was very reasonable so upon offering a tip, he declined but only asked I write a review if I was satisfied with the work, which of course I am more than happy to do.
