Great owner and very friendly crew! He did a great job on our home and if we ever need any future work done we'll be calling him.

Freddy and his crew have worked on several painting projects for us. Ok, pretty much the whole…read morehouse. The first was the kitchen, family room, 2 story foyer, hall and bedrooms. The walls were dark and we were switching to a lighter color. It was done neatly and perfectly. Another project was our finished basement which had several patching repairs they fixed (thanks to our four kids) and made the walls and ceiling look like new. The interior of my home looks completely transformed. They work very efficently, meticulously and are painting pros. This week they came to paint our exterior. About a week before painting, they power washed it all. We have cedar siding that needed lots of caulking and prep before staining, and a ton of white trim. Again, they didn't disappoint. I had Freddy get the paint, match the color and he used all Benjamin Moore products. We have a really tall roofline that had trim that they painted. No problem for these guys. It looks crisp and better than new. Freddy's pricing is extremely reasonable and if you were to get several quotes I am pretty confident that his would come in well under the others. Updating through text and phone, he either starts the project exactly as scheduled or earlier. This may sound basic, but these guys want to work and for that reason I will always call him for our painting needs.

I used Freddy Painting for the first time at my investment property. I found them on Yelp and they…read morehad good reviews so I took a chance. The communication was very good with the company. I thought their estimate for the work at my fourplex was fair because it was a huge job. I had them paint the exterior of the building which has four townhomes and also the decks of the fourplex. Friday even moved furniture off the decks because I wasn't given prior notice that he was coming early to give my tenants the heads up to remove their items. Freddy also repaired loose boards and replaced ones that were rotting. I was very satisfied with this company and their communication. I asked Freddy for a second quote on two more properties that I needed just trimwork repainted. However, I didn't feel their pricing was fair, compared to the other quotes I was receiving. I did end up contracting with my former painter on this job because his estimate was significantly less. Freddy was paid $2700 for the decks at my fourplex, but he wanted $4000 for trimwork on the current job. That wasn't working for me. I would try Freddy Painting again in the future to see if his quote would be fair like the first job. He did good work.

I needed the front door painted, the side trim at the bottom of the garage door was weather damaged…read moreand needed to be stripped and painted and two loose shutters needed to be recaulked. The guy showed up an hour late. I did not receive a call stating they were going to be late. I called the office while I was waiting and left a message but never received a return call. When it was time to pay the bill, I was charged $13 for 'caulk' which the guy said it was not caulk. What is OSI Quad? I told him if he was charging me for the caulk then he needs to give it to me since I paid for it. He was very hesitant at first but went to his car to get it after I was insistent. When he gave it to me, it was rusted, damaged and old. I questioned him if he just bought it and he said he had it in his car. Then why are you charging me $13 for something used and old? He had an attitude and was challenging me. After being instructed to leave the door open for two hours so it can dry, I closed it only to see that he did not reinstall the door knob and lock back to it's original setting. When you turn a door knob and let go, it automatically turns back to it's original setting. This door knob now turned back half way and I had to force it to it's original setting. I also had to push against the door so the lock would turn to lock the door. In addition, the shutters were loose again. AND he had cut out part of the trim that goes around the garage door, placed another piece of wood there and painted over it. It now looks like two pieces of wood with a line prominently showing. It looks awful! If that was what he was going to do, why didn't he check with me first? I e-mailed the lady about the problems and asked that this guy come back and fix everything. She stated he was going to come Sunday afternoon. Well, he never showed up. I told her I did not want this guy back and I will find someone else to fix what he messed up. They are expensive and terrible at their job. I will never use them again.
