I'm simple with a single color, rounded corner with no designs. He kind of rushed through my set and sent me on my way. 2 days later one of the nails break. I rearranged my schedule to go back in a day later to get it fixed. That night, a different nail breaks. At this point, I don't have more hours in my week to keep returning to the salon to get nails fixed. By the end of 2 weeks, 7 nails were broken. One so bad I had to file it down short again. Not sure if it's quality of product or quality of craftsmanship; but it's a no for me.

I told her I wanted a regular gel manicure and didn't realize what she was doing until I went to pay and charged me for builder gel. She also asked me during the service if I wanted my cuticles trimmed.. which nobody's ever asked before so I stated yes they probably need it.. again when I see services charged -- $15! To trim cuticles --what!? She never said it would cost extra. Additionally never asked what shape I'd like my nails which are uneven. Needless to say I've never had to spend that much on my nails. Reason for the 3 star is because the guy who filled up the water filled my station up with room temperature water. After testing it himself he had to know it wasn't hot. When he asked me, I said no, it's not hot at all. He then emptied and refilled with the same water even after touching it multiple times...how did he not fell it was basically cold. He switched me to a new station that had hot water immediately. The lady who took over and actually did my pedicure was great. Quick, gentle, and efficient. Probably won't return here though.
