The location of this complex is ideal - close enough to nature that you know you're in Colorado, but still convenient to downtown - and will be even moreso when the Gold Line opens. You can actually watch the Arvada city 4th of July fireworks from your porch or balcony, which is amazing. The buildings are from - I don't know, maybe the 70s or 80s - but they're not ramshackle or dated. Management and staff are fantastic and they do a great job of keeping things updated. They are quick with repairs and just so easy to deal with. It's a friendly, happy community - lots of kids and dogs - and neighbors are really respectful of each other. The units are very pretty, with nice finishes and an incredible amount of closet space. I love my home and feel very lucky to live here.

I lived here for just a couple vears and there is not enough to be said for the care they take of the property grounds and tenants Everything is kept extremely clean and don't even get me started with the amount of time they put into the landscaping! It seems someone is planting flowers, watering gardens, pulling weeds or tending the vegetable garden daily. (Did i mention there's a community vegetable garden!!) Anyways.. this property is beautiful inside and out and I truly didn't want to leave but my work took me elsewhere. If I ever find myself back I will most definitely go here first before looking elsewhere. I was lucky the first time I just happened to walk in right as a unit was listed but it seems they don't come available very often because nobody moved in or out it seemed the entire time I was there. By far the best in my opinion. When we moved into our 2 bdrm apartment, it was very clean and everything worked. Then a few weeks later our cooking stove went out. I called the office and within 3 days We had a brand new one being installed. The next summer our air conditioner went out and didn't cool any longer. I called the office and they said that since the one we had was pretty old we would get a new one. Then a new one was installed within days. There's a community garden, they keep the yards clean and well kept, there's a gas grill that is operable anytime during the year, a pool that is not kept too cold to enjoy, a playground, onsite laundry and it's close to olde town Arvada, where there is a lot of things to do. I love this place and look forward to a long time here.

Yes of course they are going to be nice when you come in for a tour but take it from someone who has lived here save yourself the misery I am currently still dealing with from these people when I moved out 6 months ago and they still have not returned my security deposit. I will be filing a law suit but save yourself the time and energy and just go find somewhere else to live that has people who can do their jobs and follow the law. Learn from my stupid mistake and pick a better apartment complex to call your next home! *In response to your comment, I have been reaching out to you all for 6 months trying to get my money and you have done nothing. I have sent several emails and spoken to Char and others multiple times. Still unresolved. Colorado has state laws that protect people from bs like this.
