From day one, communication with the office manager and leasing staff has been almost nonexistent. They are unresponsive and do not follow up, leaving residents feeling ignored and unsupported. I was told I'd be moving into a recently remodeled unit with new flooring and upgraded appliances, all for a steep $1,800/month plus additional fees. I deeply regret accepting the keys without doing a final walkthrough with the leasing staff, as it quickly became clear that this unit did not meet the expectations set by management. The townhouse had an overwhelming foul odor of human waste that lingered even after the floors were supposedly replaced. Despite our efforts using air fresheners and moisture absorbers, the stench remained. Soon after moving in, a leak caused black mold to grow in the garage. While that issue was eventually addressed, it raised serious concerns about the condition and safety of the property. When I asked whether the unit had been properly cleaned before move-in, I was told it had only received "surface and light cleaning." However, I discovered human waste residues along the cabinets and heavy spider infestations--clear signs that the unit was not cleaned thoroughly, if at all. I have tried multiple times to communicate with the leasing office, but my messages have been completely ignored--even after two separate attempts. From what I understand, the property is currently cycling through a revolving door of different property management companies, which only adds to the instability and lack of accountability. The outdoor areas are also unsafe--especially for families with young children. There were broken, shattered glass pieces in the front yard and roof soffit debris lying in the backyard. Even more concerning, there is an exposed cable/fiber utility box in the yard with an open hole nearly a foot deep--posing a serious injury risk to anyone, especially toddlers. While the backyard has potential for small sports or family activities, it's not suitable as-is. It still requires major cleanup and repairs to be considered safe for children. The only saving grace at this property has been the maintenance team. They are professional, prompt, and genuinely helpful. Several of the workers even apologized for the state of the unit, admitting that the situation was mishandled and misrepresented. Please do not be ashamed of writing honest reviews about this townhouse or apartment complex. The owner of this property needs to hear what's really happening under the current management. Residents deserve transparency, cleanliness, and professionalism--and that's not what's happening here. Me and my wife and my adult daughter have lived here for over 8 years and we have enjoyed the complex. I wanted to provide a few additional comments to show how much we like this location. The manager is Tammy and she definitely takes her responsibilities very much to heart. Yesterday, she went far beyond the normal manager expectations and gave me a ride to our local post office. She then helped persuade the postal worker to give me all the mail that I lost from the hurricane, and my car being "totaled" in the storm surge. She waited for 15 minutes for me to pick up a prescription, and would not take any "gas money." In addition, there is a very professional and pleasant young man by the name of Alex who has done some things for us that are "above and beyond" the normal maintenance. Thank you, Alex. The worst rental company ever! When I moved in 3 years ago, they didn't hire a professional cleaning company. There was dust from the floor company everywhere, tubs were black and moldy, walls too were not painted correctly, the floor was as well not laid correctly! They did not replace carpets before moving in, had terrible nasty dark stains on all the carpets. We had a terrible roach problem they never did anything about even though pest control is supposed to be included in rent. This is the best part for anyone reading this far!; Upon move out they wanted $4200 to vacate. We had a one year lease that expired in May, and we let them know in May weeks before our lease was ending we were not renewing. But because we "failed to give proper 60 day notice" they could charge us TWO months rent at whatever their market price rent was (what they would charge someone new moving in) and that came to 4200k....... So we never ever had that written in any lease that we signed, our lease stated for EARLY termination we had to give 60 days but we were simply fulfilling our lease and turning in our keys on the last day of the lease. (Mind you we paid an attorney to look over our lease and they agreed told us do not pay them anything because it's not in your lease) So we never paid that and guess what. They sent us to collections for $730 but for cleaning damages. We lived there for 3 years and I left that place a sh*t hole, as it is lol. So I'll gladly pay you $730 for the crappy furniture I left in there and holes in the walls I left but that just proves they were scamming us out $4200 that they just pulled out of their ass and legally had nothing to stand on. This place has and will always more than likely be a dump unless they get a complete new management company in. Don't waste your time don't even consider this place, and if you do run! The place is trash and there's always garbage everywhere. Definitely not worth your money definitely just living in the hood for over priced apartments in Hudson. read more

If you're into cockroaches, black mold and filth, this is the place for you. The second day I moved in I started seeing cockroaches. Th office offered no help. Stating the apartment had passed inspection by their exterminator. I called an exterminator of my own. After inspecting the apartment he determined it was a German cockroach infestation. They were everywhere. In the rug, dishwasher, drawers, refrigerator. My bed. I left immediately and went to a hotel. Moved my furniture and boxes not yet opened to a storage unit. DO NOT live here. This place has always had a problem with management and 2 yrs later is no difference. The women in the office suck! They give u info on the phone and when you go into the office they flat out lie and give u the run around. I went in there to sign paper work stating I wasn't renewing my lease and the women (nicki) in the office told me bc I wasn't giving them 60 days notice that I would have to pay them 1800$ bc I was breaking my lease. Keep your money in your pocket this place is hell literally hell they don't fix nothing all the fancy looking appliances you see in the picks where cause almost everyone in here has out dated ones sometimes pest control shows up but they always leave a card saying they did even when they don't and if you don't hear them knock on the screen door they say your not home even though they can ring the doorbell but choose not to they did fix the dishwasher but broke floor tiles in the process and never came back to replace them oh and of course the mold it's in the walls all they did is just paint over it but of course now the paint is so old it's chipping off and now you can see the mold on the walls and what color the walls use to be before it was just painted over ac breaks all the time and the wooden steps are rotting can even go on the back patio cause I don't feel safe but not to mention the outrageous fees you have to pay for stupid things Pool is always being closed the list goes on so do yourself a favor just don't do it if you have another option management maintenance everyone who is supposed to run this place suck when it comes to customer service always blame the tenants and speak to us like we're children oh but not to mention if u live here and you want to move apartments cause they have been harassing us with emails about apartments they have open you have to pay a 300 dollars just to transfer your lease to live in the same place 300 dollars for you to type a different address onto my lease is crazy now I get it you should pay some type of fee but not the fee first and last and deposit ridiculous I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone not even someone I hated even though they have changed management several times now it still seems to be money hungry rude ass people who keep getting put here read more

We've lived here for 7 months and have had a great experience. The apartments are huge, with most including a single car garage. The complex is on a former country club and the grounds are great. The maintenance people are always on the job. There is a large pool and a fitness room that is hardly ever used so you can exercise in private. The down side: many people use their garage for storage and parking is limited. Also, some people feel that if they throw their garbage in the vicinity of the dumpster that is good enough. The worst possible place you could move. Not because of the units themselves but the management. KC the manager is the most arrogant, rude, condescending person I've ever had to deal with. I've lived throughout the country in different apartments and these people are the worst. They lie, and when you call them on there lie they just flat out deny it. Blue Rock partners the managing company not the apartments are scum lords. All they care about is turning profit. I lived there for a year and a half and there was at least 4 different sets of on site managers and maintenance staff. And now that you have KC managing these apartments she is the worst. I am completely disgusted with the manager. She has no customer service experience. She treats tenants like their kids like we're the ones that are wrong all the time. I pay my rent every month and don't deserve to be treated like a charity case. The manager is a liar and a conniving person. I would like to put a formal complaint against her but I can't get any owner information. The townhouses are nice but I would rather deal with somebody more professional then a stank attitude from the manager. Her name is Shauna. My wife and I recently moved here and love it. The ladies in the office made things so easy for us and walked us through each step of the way and went above and beyond to cover all the bases and make things smooth for us. We were a little apprehensive because we couldn't view our townhome before moving in but it turned out perfect.. we love our new home and our kids love the place too. I work in a profession where customer service and integrity go a long way and they definetely showed both to us during the whole moving in process and since we have lived here too. We had a couple small maintenance items after we moved in that were addressed as soon as we called and all of the staff has been awesome to us every time we interact with them. This is honestly the best place we have ever lived and we would definetely recommend this place to our family and friends. read more
