Uncovered parking from 10/3 - 10/5 at DFW South. I had prepaid with the app. When I was going to exit the uncovered parking area, I could not exit. The screen would not read my QR code. I tried many times. I pushed the help button and instead of getting assistance, I got hold music. I could not get out and I was stuck. I even waved in front of the camera. This is absolutely unacceptable! We pay and expect to get out once we leave. I had to call the direct phone number to finally be let out. When I got to the main gate to exit there was a long line. This kind of service cannot happen. To be stuck and no one coming to assistance should be illegal. read more

Reliable, affordable, and convenient way to find parking near the Dallas Love Field Airport! I found the Parking Spot 2 via Spot Hero and was able to secure a 4 day parking for around $60. The shuttle employees were so kind! They were friendly, vibrant, and courteous! The shuttle buses ran frequently so I was lucky to have one available to and from the airport right as I was walking up to get picked up! The shuttle driver will drop you off near your car so you do not have to drag your luggage around looking for your car in the Texas heat! For departing flight on August 10, 2022, early Wednesday morning. Arrived at Parking Spot 2 Dallas Love Field , shuttle driver came into facility dropped off people and left the parking lot with an empty shuttle. The driver did this twice. Dozens of Customers in the parking lot waiting to be taken to the airport. Horrible customer service. The employee at the entrance said that she did not have any one she could contact to help. I called published Parking Spot 1 and 2 phone numbers and no one answered. Had to Uber to the airport. Horrible Customer Service. Absolutely horrible. read more

Since the Park-n-Fly area near DFW airport has closed, The Parking Spot has decided to increase the cost to park at their locations. The cost has almost doubled in the last month. Also, there is NEVER enough parking in the areas, at least in the North parking location. My family and I will look for alternative parking for our trips moving forward. Worst customer service ever! Shuttle employee wrote down the wrong lane and space so he had to drive us around looking for our car after a very long day of traveling. Once we finally found the car and were trying to leave, there were no attendants in the booth but there was one filling up a case full of water. She totally ignored us and finally said, "What are you trying to do?" I said "LEAVE!" She heaved a big sigh and grabbed the paper out of my hand and scanned the code. I parked here almost every week. Today the price was almost 50% higher than normal. I asked the gate attendant why the price was so high, he was extremely rude. Told me I didn't know what I was talking about and the price was the same. As I took my card back and left he slammed the door on the hut and came out to stare me down as I left. The Parking Spot has always been reliable for me. It's not the cheapest, but they're fast, consistent, have a loyalty rewards program, and have online coupons. The only reason Parking Spot 2 doesn't get 5 stars is they separated it from the original - and it's more removed and feels... not as nice. The original used to have covered and uncovered parking. Now it's 100% covered ($2 more per day) and PS2 is 100% uncovered. I'm used to the 2nd location now - but when they first made the move it kinda made me feel like a 2nd class citizen. "Oh, you want UNcovered? Go down that torn up old road around the corner a ways." But hey, change is change and they're still reliable and fairly affordable (coupons help), so they're easily above A-OK in my book. read more

If you have a late arrive forget getting picked up in a timely manner. This is the 3rd time I've waited over 30 minutes. The #2 Shuttle never picked up the phone. When the #1 driver came I asked him to call the other driver and he said he didn't have the number. BULL CRAP! I called the number SEVERAL times and no answer. I finally called the number to #1 and asked them to call the #2 bus she stated she could not. I asked the a supervisor or managers name to call back in the morning and she stated she didn't know a name. I will pay the few extra dollars and park in the parking garage. By the way this has Only happened at Lovefield. DFW seems to flow. Let me add there were over 50 ppl waiting on two occasions and they had 1 shuttle running. I like that they open another parking nearby because lot 1 was seats filling up fast. I love this airport, everything is close by, it helps when you're running late and trying to catch your flight. Our flight landed at 11 p.m and we waited for one and half hours for a shuttle to arrive. We were so frustrated. Whenever we called them, they just said a shuttle will arrive as soon as possible. There were two other customers who were waiting with us for more than an hour. We also had our toddler with us at that hour so it very inconvenient to wait for sooo long. Well the shuttle never arrived and we ended up doing Uber to the parking lot inlcuding all the other customers who were waiting with us. Someone told us this was common with them after midnight since they are short on staff. I would not recommend them if your flight is landing late hours. HORRIBLE experience. read more

The Parking Spot is my "to-go" spot when flying in/out of DAL. It is located next the airport and makes arriving for my flights on time easier and more convenient. With my free Spot Club membership I am able to make reservations ($5 reservation fee waived) and check in with my Spot Club card upon arrival. No printouts needed. A majority of the time I arrive and get scooped up by shuttle quickly. The only thing I did not like was once I returned from my trip, the wait for the Parking Spot 2 shuttles can be long. There was a time when I saw 7 Parking Spot 1 shuttle buses and 1 Parking Spot 2 shuttle bus. People got confused on which bus they had to get on and the wait was gruesome. Now that they have the app, you can easily select which Parking Spot and actually track the shuttle buses. Look for 10% coupons on Southwest flight publications (forgot the name of the magazine). Also, if you have the Parking Spot card you can check out without having to stop by the attendant. read more

Our go to Love Field parking option. We have parked here quite a few times and it is always good. We are picked up at our car as soon as we park, and dropped off at the airport shortly after. When we return, it never seems like we wait very long before a van comes by to bring us to our car (although it seems we are always the last one dropped off for some reason). Prices are reasonable and there are sometimes coupons or deals to be had. No complaints and we will continue to use them. read more

We have parked here a few times. There is usually a coupon in their web site for 20% off or more. Be sure to get that before you go. Don't bother reserving a space. It's really not necessary. I've had fast pickup times in the lot most of the time but last time I waited a long time and had to jump across several isles to catch the bus. It almost caused me an issue with checking bags. When it's time to leave the airport they almost always have a bus there waiting and you never have to wait long. When you leave they also give you a bottle of water. read more

I do most of my travel through Dallas Love Field so I love the proximity of this location. It usually takes me less than 15 minutes to scan my reservation upon entry, find a parking space, hop into their shuttle, and get dropped off to the airport. They have multiple shuttles operating and the drivers do a good job at picking you up and dropping you off at/near your parking space. Depending on how many Parking Spot users are waiting to be picked up the day/night of your return flight, you may have to wait for another shuttle. It hasn't happened to me often but it's happened before. Their next shuttle comes around pretty quickly though. The best part of becoming a Parking Spot member is the ability to earn points for each stay and the ability to cash in those points for free days of parking! You can enter off of Herb Kelleher or Mockingbird. The pickup buses come one TPS2 for every five for TPS. So you might be waiting and make sure you get on the right bus. read more

I reserve online, I'm greated by a friendly face, instructed to park in the row the yellow sign says "use this aisle" and before I can unload my stuff, the van is there ready to load up and drive out. At DAL, even theParkingSpot 1 is friendly to advise that another (2) is on its way. Once dropped off, as you exit you are even offered an ice cold bottle of water. Since moving to Dallas, this is the only place I park. Prices are great, services are great...each and every time. From begining to end...great services! read more

I was called a liar by the manager as to the email that I had in hand for 2 free parking days and they told me that they would not honor it even though it said "pre loaded with 2 days free" - this was our very first time ever to park on this lot, and we told him that he could look us up and that we only parked here because of the free days mentioned as we were gone for 5 days. Before we even got the manager though was extremely upsetting, because the assistant wanted us to pay, then drive over to another lot, to wait to talk to a manager, like WTF kind of customer service is that. BOTH were disrespectful, rude, and definitely have no experience in customer service. DO NOT PARK HERE!! FIND ANYWHERE ELSE!! My flight was cancelled out of my town which led me to having to drive 6 hours through (half the trip being) a blizzard. I made my reservation online and was charged instantly ($54). I get to the parking spot and everything goes smoothly. The lady told me I'll be fine when I leave since I prepaid. Well I get back from my trip. And get charged double the rate in order for the gates to open and for me to leave. It was $54 which I paid in advance. Then upon leaving I paid another $108. I've been calling them since wednesday trying to talk to a manager to receive any version of explanation. Everytime i call im left dealing with rude people who interrupt me and hang up on me or unexpectedly transfer me to leave a voice message somewhere else since apparently no manager actually seems to work during any operating hours. I have been calling since Wednesday. Its now Saturday. Everyone is rude and short with me. And I have yet to have ANY understanding of why I was triple charged. Worst experience of my life. I'm trying to figure out how to take this to a corporate level now. read more

I'm a business traveller and use Parking Spot 2 about 40 or so times a year; I've parked here through different owners for many years. I'm a pretty happy camper with the service and timing. The staff provide excellent service and prompt deliveries to the terminals. The drivers always collect your bags to place them on the van, as well as load them into your car upon your return. When you are being collected upon returning to DFW at times the staff need to make a run through another terminal, which is fine with me. I know that otherwise another person would have to wait another 15 minutes or so to be collected. I believe some of the complaints here have to do with people not understanding that there are buses delivering customers to terminals that are not collecting people to return to the parking spaces. Some of the comments are actually surprising, as in all the years and times I've used PS2 I have never, ever had anyone be rude to me. As a matter of fact, many of the staff know my car and my name, and the drivers will know exactly where my car is when I'm returning from a trip. One of the reasons I like PS2 (besides the service and savings) is that if you park at DFW your return flight isn't necessarily returning to the same terminal. I like being picked up at the terminal without having to schlepp my luggage all around the terminals and being taken directly to my car. Note that while there is non-covered parking that is less expensive, this parking lot has edge to edge roofing over the covered section, which means most cars are extremely well protected from the elements. The lot is fenced in and there are people on the lot 24/7, so vehicles are secure. You also can earn points for parking to use for free parking days (only important if you park fairly often. read more
