First of all, this is primarily a gas station that happens to rent U-Haul trucks. This is NOT one…read moreof those big U-Haul centers like I thought it was going to be. I drove from Fort Worth to this location because it was close to where I was picking up furniture and the U-Haul website said there were trucks available at this location. When I got here, I realized that this was one of those independent businesses that contracts with U-Haul and is not an official U-Haul location. I walked inside and there was one woman managing the gas station, convenience store, and also trying to manage U-Haul reservations at the same time. Even though I waited in line, she kept making me stand to the side so she could service people buying gas and snacks. At one point, 3 people who seemed to be her friends or repeat customers came in and they chatted for quite a while. I was still standing on the side and hadn't been helped yet. After waiting for 20+ minutes, I decided that I would find a truck elsewhere because this was getting ridiculous. She still had my drivers license, so I asked for it back so I could leave. This is when she finally started looking through her U-Haul reservation system and checking on availability. I stood around for almost 30 minutes for her to tell me that there weren't any trucks available, even though the website said there was. Complete disregard and lack of respect for me and my time. This place should not be renting out U-Haul trucks if they can barely manage their own gas station.

BUYER BEWARE I…read morereturned a rental vehicle to Enterprise, received a voicemail from their agent confirming the vehicle was checked in "safe and sound," and was sent an email with the closed-out contract. Days later, I was contacted claiming the vehicle had substantial damage, and now they are threatening me to file a claim with my insurance or credit card company. This is an outrageous and baseless attempt to shift responsibility after confirming the vehicle was in good condition. I strongly recommend caution when dealing with this location and especially Austin Perry, the manager/con-artist whom I assume caused the damage and is trying to pin it on us.

I went to this location because my husband said he always uses this location and they have great…read morecustomer service so I felt super confident going in here getting everything handled. I have had the runaround with the insurance company since last Thursday so today, Monday, October 2 I was pleased to walk into this enterprise thinking that they would be assisting me in solving my problem. I get to the service desk. A gentleman tells me that they don't have anything available. He gives me a little information says the cars are booked and it would be a few weeks out. I took the information that he gave me with face value and thought, well, at least he's being transparent with me and helpful. After returning to the car defeated, I told my husband they didn't have any cars although I had had a reservation. I would like to be clear the reservation was at this store but another the insurance adjuster told me I could go to any enterprise anywhere. So my husband trying to problem solve he decides to call another location well he thought he was calling another location so he get someone on the phone. He gives them the reservation number and ask do they have anything available and he said sure come on in my husband then ask what's your location so we can get there and get this handled 1800 S. Main we told them we were sitting in the parking lot on their property and they just told us that y'all didn't have any cars they put us on hold several times comes back says that they moved a few things around. at this point you can tell he's annoyed because they all just got caught in a lie in the office so he says we could possibly get you in this evening. We're willing to take any car any time that you have one available today. The man tells me you're not getting a car today and hung up in my face, awesome customer service. The funny thing is that Walmart damage to my car doing an oil change and this experience has been so horrific that I started to record every interaction I had concerning this claim unbeknownst to him. I have the entire call recorded I have contacted corporate office and I will be contacting the manager of this facility. I would like to say that there was zero professionalism. There was zero compassion for me as a human being. And there was zero accountability for y'all lying about not having cars. Enterprise will know exactly how much you value their customers. This is the first time that I have ever had to use Enterprise and it was definitely the last!!! If I could give zero stars I would. If yelp allows me, I will upload the phone call.

Thought I would give them a try. Even took an application to set up a new account with them. After I complained about their high rate, they brought it down some but it was still higher than Enterprise for the same truck. Then, two weeks later, i get an invoice in the mail for tolls. Yes i expected the invoice for the $12 in tolls. No i did not expect them to add $25 to process the tolls! For that, you not only lost my business, but i will continue to tell everyone to NOT use Penske Truck Rentals. Done! Done! aaaaaand Done!
