I discussed and showed her photos of the cut and color we wanted with Amber when making the appointment. I also left the photos and discussed the expectations again when I took my wife for the appointment. The haircut was okay. Not great, not terrible. It was absolutely not what we expected. The color was a huge disappointment. Amber and I had discussed the price, and I was told that " a few less foils" could be used, and the price would be less, but the results would be similar. The result was absolutely nothing like the photo. We had to get into the sunlight in order to see any color at all. We were shooting for blended strands of brown, copper, light brown and black. My wife's natural hair color is black. We ended up with totally black hair, with an almost invisible fire engine red faint tint in places. I could actually have gotten a box color and gotten similar results. I'd highly recommend going elsewhere. Shown below are the expectations colors, that has been agreed upon, and the results that were achieved. The expectations and results were worlds apart.

This female managed to incorporate a Bowl Cut with a completely asymmetrical, wholly against the natural wave catastrophe. When asked why there were so many hunks of hair sticking out strangely, she clenched her jaw and just cut what was sticking out. (One of the many times I was content to be female.) I flew back to the World's Best Stylist for a repair two months later. With a horrified expression, Kay explained that all she could do was to even things out and clean it up but to do so would mean a very short style.
