Had to return $55 of it tonight because it was not needed. Self-important brat "supervising" treated me like a criminal for returning a very large $8.99 framing backing mat. She did not believe the store carried the product even though the receipt clearly came from the same store. Also had an issue with the other two mats because the price and details were printed directly on the back of the mat instead of on a Hobby Lobby tag. Little wench called the manager of the store before she would process the return. Gave off nothing but attitude. For a store that claims a basis in religious faith they sure know how to hire bitches.

My mom decided not to buy anything here even though she saw many items she wanted. I bought some fabric cause I had been waiting 15 minutes because the one lady was just stading by the long arm ignoring us. I don't plan to ever shop here unless it prevents me from finishing a shop hop and then I'm not buying were they don't want me.

I have a police report and felt awful that the gift cards were in the stolen handbag. I assumed by calling and explaining this unusual circumstance...that Eva would graciously honor those gift cards. NOPE...and she is such a COWARD that she didn't have the respect to pick up the phone and tell me herself. Didn't expect this nasty response with no explanation. I don't think the thief is going to drive all the way to Youngstown OH to use the gift cards. Is Eva that desperate for money? I honestly feel robbed twice. I strongly recommend that you think twice about patronizing a shop owned by such an unkind, heartless person. There are many options out there for you to pick from other than this pottery place.

While checking out some front window displays outside, the director, Pat, came out and greeted us and invited the kiddos inside to look around at all the art work, which they loved. Pat was very friendly and knowledgable about the gallery as she was more than willing to give us a little back history of business, along with some info for adult and children classes. The gallery itself was very clean and the art was displayed very well. The gift shop inside the gallery was medium sized with lots of local arts, photos, crafts, and diverse merchandise all from local artists within 100 miles of the area. All in all, the gallery was a great visit with local art, in a clean environment, and great staff.
