I understood she needed to be shaved, but they left her face and tail long while shaving the bridge of her nose, which left her with a noticeable bald spot in the middle of her face. On top of that, she came home with a bloody paw from a cut between her toe pads. For a first-time visit, there should have been more communication before starting. On top of that, the price was crazy for the quality of work. Something we could have done ourselves at home. They supplied a safe dog wash tub, shampoo, conditioner, scrubbers, towels, brushes, drying station, and a cleanup after me! My dog has thick fur that takes forever to dry normally, but the blowdryers are very powerful and work quickly. They could burn if too close, so take your time and don't linger in one place for too long... please learn from my mistake. Staffing was extremely nice, attentive and helpful, the store was a bit crowded physically because they have lots of goodies, all customers seemed happy, parking was easy.
