This place is so beautiful! The lady who was taking orders and making everything was so friendly and welcoming! I ordered a London Fog and my husband a decaf Americano, very delicious! The plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese was yummy and their biscuits and gravy were delicious too! The lightly played Christian music in the background was very refreshing! Loved this placed all the way around! Definitely coming back when we have to pick up our plane at the airport! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

We no longer live in Hettinger, but we visit 3 to 4 times a year and this truly is the only place that serves good coffee. They provide a variety of flavored syrups to enhance it. I find the sandwiches pretty good as well. They are a little pricey for a country coffee shop though. I enjoy the atmosphere as they play Christian music and the place is comfortable and clean. I visited the other day and brought out a gift card that i had misplaced in the house and was told that it was no longer valid as they changed their system. That seems strange to me and I asked more questions. I wad told that they alerted everyone that had purchased cards for 3 years that they would not be accepting them and they had to be used. I found it strange that they couldn't honor it and feel that I was robbed by this little place. I wish them well, but can assure, they won't get ANY more of my business when I visit. read more

Another delicious breakfast was biscuits and gravy and some breakfast sandwiches. This girl reviewer is so grateful that the loving tradition is real ingredients like butter and cream with NO industrial seed oils or trans fats in any of this bakery's food. We went back for her new lunchtime offering of soup (loaded potato). She's only opening for lunch Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Worth waiting for. We also took a half-dozen cinnamon rolls home. Super yum for soup and the rolls. Merretta's interior design taste is also impressive, taking an older building in Isabel to a light and airy atmosphere, achieved by adding more windows and having a soft, pale green interior with a fun display of her maternal side photos (the origins of loving and feeding and the "tradition of feeding others") and photos of past Isabel buildings, taken by turn-of-the-century photographer, Frank Cundill, an early twentieth-century area historian. We hope Isabel and surrounding counties will patronize this gem going and make it a destination. Red Earth Table is comfy, welcoming and the place to go for bakery, catering, custom cakes, private parties (there's a large private room), and business meetings.

I discovered this delightful coffee shop and store last year while traveling through western ND and now I go intentionally plan my trips to be able to stop there. Great coffee, delicious food and desserts, and you can easily find great gifts there as well. read more
