This was my first time here. I have a necklace that needs repairing. I actually got to speak to…read morethe lady who would do the job which was nice and it was reassuring. They took all my details and let me know they have a loyalty program AND they give you a bit on your birthday. I didn't actually look at the jewellery on offer but I can recommend them as repairers. They haven't done the job yet but they explained how they would, gave me a quote, and even cleaned my watch for free, and in about 1 minute! I have a few other pieces of jewellery which need attention that I will be taking in! Recommended!
