So the views and especially the food are elevated to a raised level, the service isn't. As mentioned there's 2 seating areas (with the same menu it seems): enclosed windowed section, and a veranda with 1 wall of gently flapping see-through plastic. This is even brighter due to being lit from 2.5 sides, also 1 piece of plastic was slightly unzipped so a gentle breeze that smells of the sea. On the menu the starters are labelled Small Plates and the mains Larger. The well worded menu also encourages sharing. There is a good range of food and wines from both around the planet and around the peninsula. The food is inventive, well presented, tasty and nutritious. Given the location I was expecting a list of fish with the option of salad or veg. I didn't get the menu I was expecting, and struggled to find what to order. I ended up going for the Mixed FIsh Grill Kebabs. I also ended up ordering the Crab starter that came as a Lettuce Wrap. So I ended up with a partly Assemble Yourself Then Pick It Up And Eat It style lunch. This additional physical interaction with the food enhanced the amazing experience the food was. The tastes were sensational. Not only is the food fresh, it consists of amazing flavours and combinations of flavours. So, in summary: How good is the food? I found the service lacklustre and this place still gets 5 stars. Say no more.

It was a perfect portion of shredded (!) cucumber, onion and tomato on a bed of clean spinach leaves and a punchy dressing. The calamari was real, fresh and huge! I'm talking pieces the size of your hand covered in a salt and pepper powder (not floured). All of this with the addition of a bed of golden chips below. Oh yeah! When I said they didn't need to do that, and I was very happy to pay, they smiled and said the owner/manager would not let them take our money and apologized again.
