Ellen put me at ease as soon as she showed up at my door. She toured my home and asked what I would like done. What was I so nervous about??!! She texts the day before she comes to remind me. She texts when she's on her way. She does a thorough job cleaning and asks questions if she would like to try a different product or rearrange something. I couldn't be happier! No matter how many kids, dogs, or houseguests we have rotating in and out of our home she rolls with it! She even found a way to get our pesky glass shower door spotless! She gets things clean I wouldn't even think about. I love that my house stays cleaner and cleaner with each visit. I would hire Ellen over and over again.
