Dr. Crowe is the doctor to see!…read more All of the doctors in the facility are top notch though. All of the staff are friendly with the exception of the receptionist. She is rude, reschedules patients (children, mind you) without telling the parents or guardians, and is often forgetful and bossy. Just try to schedule an appointment to see a doctor there, you'll be in for a rude awakening. The facility is very clean. The rooms that you wait in to see the doctor can get a little stuffy due to lack of air flow to them. This is something that was oddly overlooked for a building built for the specific purpose of having people wait in those rooms. We've always been seen quickly by Dr. Crowe, but not so quickly by the other doctors.

We finally got referred to a specialist that says my son has adhd but not the side that is not being able to site still just being able to concentrate. His doctor refuses to take the specialist recommendation and help my kid. She said she disagrees and won't put him on medication. How is she going to disagree with what the specialist said and help my child!!! I'm behind mad and won't be back!!

They rescheduled my kids appointment for 12/1/2015 and their original appt was for 11/5/15. So for them not properly doing their jobs my kids have to suffer and wait a month before being seen. The first black receptionist with the glasses was beyond rude offered no kind of an apology, then she sends a young white receptionist with a tattoo on her hand finish the reschedule of appointments and she was just as rude. How do you fail to do your job and treat the customer as if they did something wrong. I said so my kids can't get another appointment until December and her reply was that's correct if you want one after school. Well of course I want one after school because they just missed a half a day of school for nothing on this visit, but she could've cared less. It's really sad but I will be searching for my kids a new Doctor because I will not be treated as if I'm a problem when they messed up.
