Two sweet smiling Jennifers will be there to help get you in as quickly as possible! There has never been a time that Ive called and have not been seen THAT DAY!! They will work you in as fast as possible!!! You will not have to wait long before being brought to the back to the nicest exam rooms, full of great working toys and original artwork adorning all of the walls! The art is created by Lana Griffith herself, and it has such a cute and whimsical feel, as well as pictures of her family! (Which makes me feel so at home!) The ladies checking your vitals are always so friendly and smiling, making you feel like family. After a short wait you will meet Lana or Randall, who are genuine and wonderful people who actually care to spend the time getting to know your story, history, medical issues, etc! When walking out, you will feel thouroughly taken care of, and satisfied. For the kids, there's a great treasure chest full of goodies to choose from while mom or dad is paying! They don't even accept my insurance but I will go there every single time because of the happy feelings I have upon leaving! I have literally been in and out in 20 minutes before!! Nurse Practioner Adam P told me I could go somewhere else if I didn't like their practices. Being 77 and not knowing a better alternative, I stayed. Later I have come to regret not leaving and searching for a safer urgent care. adam P. also said he didn't need to wear a mask while draining a cyst behind my ear because Covid-19 was spread through lungs and was not spread through blood. Another nurse at Calcasieu Urgent care told me that all their employees had no Covid-19 symptoms and therefore didn't need masks and I should not believe Dr Fauchi at CDC. I asked if they were aware that Covid-19 can be spread without symptoms. They disagreed and said I should believe medical professionals but not Dr Fauchi at CDC. After leaving I called another Urgent Care, Imperial Urgent Care and they told me that all their staff wear protective masks at all times at work. I am concerned about bring exposed to Covid-19 by the Calcasieu Urgent Care staff. I wish I had researched ahead of my urgent medical need. I assumed that all medical professionals were safe. No so!

She wanted me to come back another day for the repair and the other work she wanted to do. Bate and switch. She stated she did not know I wanted the tooth repaired. I found out later that this type of bate and switch is common place at this unprofessional office. I complained to the Louisiana licensing board for dentist. I seem unethical business practices are ok. Well it is Louisiana. Beware of this office, they cheat.
