I asked about the Nature Diet brand of wet dog food that our dogs prefer and he was happy to order in and sell me a box. A 15Kg breeders pack of dry dog food, which he did have in stock, was £11, which is very competitive when compared against the expense and hassle of driving out to a retail park and visiting a larger store, where you might get it for a pound or so cheaper. The last time I went in to the shop they were having issues with their phone line, so if you ring the number it might be dead, but the shop is very much alive and well worth a visit if you have dogs, cats or other super furry animals.

The staff are also friendly and very helpful, when I was waiting to be served the chap behind the counter was giving another customer some advice on food and medication for her dog - something about giving it before or after or with food, so they obviously know what they are talking about. The prices are also reasonable although I have been to cheaper pet stores, but it is not as expensive as some of the chains. Overall, I think this is a good store and would recommend it if you live locally and you have a pet!

I really like the newer range of dog toys and clothes (although I will only put a waterproof coat on my dog, they are still cute to look at!) they also do some lovely girlie leads and collars. Was in the store today and noticed they did some agility equipment which I have not seen before and bought a hoop and a jump at £9.99 each as I was very impressed with the price! They also do activity things for children during the summer holidays which is a great way for kids to learn about how to care for different animals.

We just used them again to care for our 2 cats while we went on holiday. Our cats have been going to Broadmarsh since they were kittens, so going on two years now. The staff always greet us and our boys with a smile and hello. They remember our boys by name and get excited to see them, as by their website and facebook page you will see, they love each pet that comes into their care, and the reviews on those pages are glowing as well. Broadmarsh have very clean facilities, and they care for your pet as you would. One of our cats has special dietary needs and they are happy to administer medication and feed him using his special food and instructions. On one visit, our cat needed extra special care and they took exceptional care of him. They were happy to speak with me every day, sometimes a couple of times a day, giving me updates. They are happy to be contacted through Facebook and will gladly post photos of your pet while you are away. I know that we will always use Broadmarsh to board our cats. When we collect them, they are healthy, happy, and very clean. They settle in back home without any problems, and we attribute this to the good care they receive at Broadmarsh.

Top notch cleanliness and all the other cats in the cattery were well looked after, clean, and seemed calm. Our boys started staying at Broadmarsh when they were very young kittens and were cared for just as we would care for them at home with lots of love and attention. Broadmarsh staff are always quick with a smile and cuddle for our boys, and they keep in touch through Facebook to help if you are having pet separation anxiety. I would like to commend them and thank them for the superb care our cats received in April. Unfortunately, one of our boys became very unwell and needed to go to the vet and needed special care and medications. Broadmarsh took care of everything for us until we were able to get back to our poor sickly boy. They did such a good job of keeping us informed and caring for him, and monitoring him. It made a bad situation less stressful knowing that Broadmarsh could and would give top care and treatment. We will always use Broadmarsh cattery for our boys, we couldn't ask for better.

If anyone in coventry is looking for, good quality pet supplies, toys, food etc, this shop is a must.. I was looking for a certain Dog toy for a four legged friend of mine. Haveing looked on line for the item i found it at anazon and this pet shop. I would much rather support a local buisness, then a corperate tax avoiding buisness. On entrering the shop i was greeted with genuine warmth and friendly "hello, may i help". I was also greeted by two Gorgeous little Dogs, which for a Animal lover like me was a added bounes.. The lovely couple were helpfull, friendly and warm and the humans were helpfull too. Very good selection of Dog & Cat toys. I went to purchase 1 item, I left having purchased a whoping 9!! Money well spent and i now have all my four legged friends christmas prezzies sorted... A truley delightfull shop and can not recomend it enough.
