I made a simple call recently, provided my return number, asking for them to let me know if I could schedule an appointment for a computer service the following day. No Response, and I'm not talking about 24-48 hours later, but no response what-so-ever. Take it for what it's worth. In today's day and age, if a customer or potential customer called me, my service would have returned that call within 24-hours.

First time using this company and found using Google/Yelp search. Elad (Tech) responded and…read moreserviced my broken Kitchaid refrigerator. He was professional, friendly and respectful of my home. My freezer department was failing to remain frozen. The upper ice maker also had stopped working, but it was a secondary issue. Elad diagnosed the issue and gave me an estimate for the freezer department repair. Parts were ordered on a Thursday and the repair was completed on the next Tuesday. Elad also told he believed the ice maker would start working within a week, as he felt the repair completed were related. He also gave me a second estimate in case it didn't but suggested I wait. The ice machine started making ice after 5 days which was a great ending. Very impressed with this company and Elad. It is a pleasant surprise to find a technician with integrity that doesn't make unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend this business and would use them in the future if needed.
